Lmao, as a native New Yorker, its sad to admit it, but my city is no longer equipped to handle a small snow flurry/storm. As an 80's baby, we would've been in school if we were only expecting 4-8 inches 😂. Children would've been outside having fun, and the roads would've been properly cleared.
