I added it to my Mon, Wed, Fri exercise routine, very few reps maybe two minutes and a huge difference getting out of bed..Thanks impressive.

I had surgery for spondylolisthesis. The surgery was only partially successful because a chiropractor had already made it much worse. I'm okay but was having lots of chronic lower back pain in spite of therapy. You guys helped tremendously by having me arch my lower back while doing same routines. Pain greatly reduced. Thanks!!!

With the second exercise, I started doing this for some disc degeneration at l4-l5 and l5-s1. Since then I've had no disc problems, and have gained 4cm in height!

Martha S that one generates over 5000N of compression force, if you suspect disc bulges, do not do this. Look up McGill big 3 instead.

# 1 exercise is a daily thing 3-4 x a day starting in bed in the morning and ending before bed. I don't do # 2 or 3 much - I have "spondy" at L4-5 and DDD/arthritis, and a bulged disc with arthritic facet. Other things seems to feel better like the hip rotation with knees up, rocking from one side to the other stretching hip flexors, etc. I do back arch standing with hands on lumbar area 4-5 x a day. I do leg cross over opposite leg and pull down to stretch piriformis muscle & also gluts. Anyhow, what you present here are very good of course. Because I have a PT who knows my situation quite well, I have certain things that work best for me & where I can't hurt anything. Nice video. Probably could do one sometime on "MORNING back stretches and exercises to loosen up before starting the day" or something. Just 4-5 of them. I think that would be helpful & people could of course repeat them throughout the day and even before bed. :) Nice video, and the worst thing Brad said was" mosquito!" 5 Stars, gents. You betcha.

Dennis Tesdell do not exercise first thing in the morning. Your discs absorb water over night and the hydraulic forces are greatest first thing in the morning. Do not stretch like #1, that gives a false sense of improvement because of stretch receptors. Check out McGill big 3.

@@BrodeyDoverosx I'm good thanks. I have a PT and two doctors that monitor what I do, when and how I do it.

Is there anything that can help with my very minor scoliosis. I don't have a S curve but my spine goes to the right slightly instead of being straight. Any work outs or something that can help straighten my spine? I'm 16 so I don't feel anything yet but I'm worried about the future.

I would say moving is the best way to go. You need to learn how to have a good posture. Then, weightlifting can help a lot because it will strengthen your back, abdominal and gluteal muscles.

What about a back traction machine or inversion, not 100% upside down, but say 40% or so? Also, a muscle Stem Machine? Also, which units do you recommend?

I couldn't tell from a side view, at 3:10 if Bob was keeping his knees close together, OR, not. I have all three of what y'all mentioned, as well as, DDD, BUT, I also have 6 ruptured discs. Two are in lower back. Is that a problem?

McKenzie is good, McGill is the best. Do NOT do #1 if your disc is more than 50% flattened. Do not do #3 if you have any back pain. #3 generates over 5000N of compressive force in the spine.

So hunching over is bad for your back but hunching over while laying down is good for your back? And then laying on your stomach and basically arcing your back, I remember in a separate video you said that can be very harmful if you have inflammations in the back. "Increases back strength by 20%" where are you getting these figures from? This is the second video of theirs I've found that has contradicted a previous video they've uploaded...

BlackStar Senpai Probably depends on whether your back is loaded with weight (ie of you're standing). If you're lying down, your back isn't loaded.
