@@scimplify7137 Got it. As a Ghanaian living in the US, we call it plantain, so I was a lil confused Lol. I actually boil my plantains without peeling off just like you did but eat it with stew. I may have to try your recipe.

Can I Take Ragi Whole, Grind To Ragi Flour, Cook For 10 Mins In Boiling Water With Continuous Stirring, Remove Flame, Continuing Stirring Under Ceiling Fan. Once Cooled To Room Temp, Cover With Muslin Cloth, Leave To Ferment For 12/14 Hrs & Then Consume It As It Is With Little Home made Amla Or Turmeric Pickle ?? Placed For Advice Please !!

The most important thing why I liked this video is that it didn't had any fancy vessels or showy pots and pans and background decorations which puts one off in awe. It is so simple, with the everyday vessels shown.

In Karnataka Raggi ambali is part of our diet. Either morning we drink or noon n night also sometimes. During summer it keeps our tummy really cool. You can feel the coolness

In west Bengal ,we called it soru chakli... we add ginger ,fennel seed while grinding. It gives amazing flavor to it.

Hi there.. Where are the best Institutes to study nutrition? I am already a graduate. Nutrition wasn't my thing until I fell chronically sick and learned my ways through it. I studied so kuch to heal myself but I am not able to help others as I don't have a certification and of course I need to study a lot more to reach that level of being a coach to someone else. What Institutes in India would you suggest?

Antacids are going to worse the situation or can give u just temporary relief refer KZbin videos and see which foods are suitable and can relief acid reflux I had a similar problem however I'm not fully cured but yes I'm not taking any medicine. Be careful.

Chakulipitha is usually served with Ghuguni at Odisha. But Chakulupitha and Ghuguni msy not suit a. It causes bloating in Sone people. Alternately can serve with dalma ir sambar.
