i am relearning to eat at 70, so mutch i am learning. No i am not Indian ir vegetarian. I am a natural Canadian, all the family been raised in Canada. . Love your foods. Thank you, yes a second one might help for sure. If you take the meat out i am a vegetarian..Not use to your spices. i need to work with them more gradually.. i was told i had diabetes, but dont take any meds of any kind, unless made from plants. I ' am on a ketogenic diet that seen to be closer to your ways of making foods.
