All of our workouts are done in neutral spine so are technically friendly for post-fusion. However, the difficulty levels vary and so please ensure you're doing the right workout for where you are in your rehabilitation process. Check out all the workouts in beginner, moderate, and advanced playlists!

Physio Andrea I found your videos, I find them very informative. I saw one of your video in which you mentioned "bowels and bells" I felt that you were talking about what I'm feeling. Not many understand how I'm struggling. I'm thankful for your teachings.

Is this ok to do for a senior citizen 76 years old who had ovarian surgery?
@TSCConnect Жыл бұрын
That's a difficult one for us to advise on because we don't know your specific situation; perhaps you can show this routine to your surgeon or physio looking after you and ask if the movements are ok? It is a very, very gentle routine in general.

Should I be bracing my core during the movements(like marching) using my transverse abs?
@TSCConnect Жыл бұрын
It’s not so much about ‘bracing’ (don’t hold your breath or bear down), it’s more about staying active through your whole trunk to stay elongated and minimize swaying back and forth with marching, which would likely activate your deeper core muscles

Hi, I did the surgery three years ago, but now I feel that the curve has become clear in my back. Is there an exercise that can hide the curve or reduce its appearance?
@TSCConnectАй бұрын
Hi, that must be challenging. We suggest that you return to your surgeon and express your concerns because there are many reasons that curves can change post-op
