Suggestion: Make the kill cam start later: Because of wave respawn, when I want to watch how I died, I usually don’t get to see the kill, but only the set up before. It used to be good before, where about 1 second after you died in the kill cam, you would respawn, but now it is very hard to see when and how you died

Scope glint for Widow doesn’t really make sense. It’s in other FPS games such as cod and destiny because players use a generic model, and you can’t reasonably understand that someone is aiming at you with a sniper. You can very reasonably understand what widowmaker is about to do to you just by looking at her, so there’s no need for a laser, scope glint, or any other aiming indicator

Suggestion: Weaver should have the "Saved by Lifeweaver" text for when he saves his teammates from an environmental death with pull. Same with Zarya, she should have the "Saved by Zarya" text if she prevents her teammates' death with bubble.

I do agree with the suggestion about level 1 endorsements being restricted; 99% of the level 1 endorsements I encounter are level 1 for a reason, either excessively toxic, throwing, leaving, one-tricking, the usual. But I also agree that, for the genuinely new players that just so happen to not be endorsed during their 50 wins, it feels unfair to limit them out of their control - especially when higher ranks don't endorse as often. Maybe blizzard could add a second requirement; if the player is level 1 endorsement AND frequently avoided (per week maybe to allow a recovery), THEN they can be locked out of ranked?

They tried mercy with resource healing in an experimental and everybody hated it. Moira's range is for heal focused moira's. Having to push in front of your tank to refuel is stupid and just incentivizes flank Moira more.

@@skrrrtsusman3450 she doesn't need any nerfs. Moira has the lowest DPS of any support. She is less survivable than Bap and Lucio. She is less mobile than Juno, Lucio, and mercy. She is often outhealed by Bap. She is the only support with zero utility. The hp nerf was to make her more punishable, and the damage buff is so that she doesn't become the worst support. Moira has very little reason to pick specifically her. Moira isn't bad, but she offers nothing that somebody else doesn't. She has no niche other than being easy. I'm down for nerfs or power adjustments, if they add team utility to her kit.

Suggestion: Bring back loot boxes (not purchasable with money) but leave the shop, so people who don’t like the uncertainty of loot boxes can still buy what they want, and the people who don’t want to buy from the shop can just grind loot boxes.

9:23 Random suggestion: make Juno's gun mark allies and opponents for like 5 seconds when you shoot them, and the rockets lock on faster to marked targets. It could be done in a way where you can choose whether to hit specific targets faster or wait longer to hit everyone, so you could have less healing downtime in a pinch but less total value.

Suggestion: Give Hanzo a cooldown on the 'Reload' bind where he can apply a hard tip to the next arrow he fires which adds 30 damage (allowing him to one shot 300 HP heroes only with that one arrow). The cooldown could be pretty long like 10+ seconds so that it doesn't exacerbate the "spam" complaints, and would restrict his one shot potential to a skill requirement.

There technically is a stealth “experimental mode” in the hacked weekends we sometimes get. Yes, people cry about them not being in the arcade section, but that’s the point, it’s to be played and get a bigger pool of play test. They obviously have data from experimental mode and it probably did poorly, so that’s why these new hacked modes are put right into QP.

I can't believe he said no to the sniper glint, it's in every other FPS. I think it's only fair when you're going up against a one-shoot character, especially when the widow often plays outside of character's fall off damage. Hanzo should also get the same treatment where his arrows would get a bit of a glow once they're fully charged. While we're at it, Ashe and Ana should have glint as well.

suggestion: i see a lot of arguments for 5v5 (queue times for dps) and 6v6 (tank synergy and higher skill expression) and i propose this. 6v6 EXCEPT there are 4 queues: 1 tank, 2 dps, 1 support, and 2 flex. the flex players can choose any role but are locked out of whatever the other flex player chose. so if im flex2 and flex1 chose bastion i cant pick dps. this would allow for more dynamic and not as samey team compositions while also allowing for all the benefits of having 12 players in a lobby would have. and ALSO fixing the dps players having such longer queues than the other roles. its not perfect as the flex players might get pressured into playing tank or support, but i find it to be a much better alternative than the strict 1-2-2 and even 2-2-2 of the past.

I actually like the challenge. 90% of achievements come without effort, 7% require you to try, and these last 3% are a challenge. I don't feel unique or good for earning the 97% that come with time, but those last "impossible challenges" actually feel good earning

Suggestion: this was based off seeing the realization we don't have many shield characters, and it gave me a dumb idea for a tank character concept. I'm basically gonna describe link from Zelda, but hear me out on this A 450 HP tank who wields a sword and shield, both of which mostly made of metal. The health of this tank is 150 armor, 150 shield, and 150 HP. Main attack as a sword, and if the tank has at least 1 HP of shield, that's all it does. If the shield hp is gone, the sword gains a projectile that does, let's say like 25 damage in a 15 meter range. His first ability would be similar to rein and brig, where you hold your shield up. Unlike the energy shields, this blocks all damage. The catch is the shield is only big enough to block bodyshots or headshots from the front, not both at once. The idea is if you hold your primary fire button, you opt to block your head. If the shield is shot at, you heal your normal HP and armor HP, able to get up to a max of 300 HP back. Since it's being attacked, this won't count for the passive shield Regen. Speaking of, passive ability is that the shield blocks the side the tank holds it on, and regens shield HP while doing so at a slightly faster pace. The second actual ability would be to throw your shield, like captain America, doing somewhere around 25-100 damage depending on if it hits a single target or up to 4 targets in a small range. This is enough to not kill, but to still be a threat. And then the ultimate ability would be a fast shield bash before jumping back to where the ability was popped, dealing about half the max HP of heroes hit by it Sorry if this was too long, but the idea popped in my head and I wanted to share this

A tank with a shield that follows the player but you can switch the direction it's facing (front, back left or right) and it stays depending of the direction your facing. Example: placing shield on the right side while going forward to prevent easy right flank.

Suggestion: make it so lifeweavers grip animation/platform animation doesn't cancel his reload animation. it seems like a small oversight that just sometimes makes his flow feel slightly wierd. like having to reload blossom twice while gripping someone out of danger or having to reload thorns twice by platforming yourself up to safety. seems like a simple and small quality of life.

Suggestion for Venture: 250HP-> 200 HP and 50 Armor 1. Rework Drill Dash to a resource bar similar to hog healing canister. After using dash or being interrupted while using it put it on a cooldown for 2 seconds (it doesn’t recharge during cooldown). Have a minimum dash taking 1/4 of your bar lasting .5 seconds. If casted for longer you can cancel it anytime (putting it on a 2 sec cd and halting recharge). Give it a slow recharge rate (16 seconds to charge to full from empty) but accelerated while in burrow for the full length by essentially recharging half the bar while under ground. Reduce the base damage per second by around 20% and give it true damage against armor (it drills through rocks after-all). This will give them a higher damage combo at max bar but with the slightly longer cooldown and recharge rate weakness it can be punished easier. Gain 25 shield per second while using drill dash. For a max drill dash of 2 seconds granting 50 shield and dealing about 150 damage. For reference the original drill dash lasts 1 second and deals about 90 damage. 2. Make burrow convert extra shielding while underground into self healing (convert 25 shield per second into hp when applicable leaving what ever is left) 3. Increase the cooldown of burrow by 2 seconds. Reduce damage of a max charge un-burrowing to 100 damage (from 125 dmg). Give 25 shield on casting burrow and another 25 popping out. Allow casting drill dash while underground for free once per burrow but remove the damage it deals to players and it no longer gives shield (while underground). After getting underground with burrow it will also immediately begin recharging your drill charge resource bar. 4. Ultimate max ammo reduced to 3 from 4. Each shot gives 25 shield and activating ult only gives you 25 shield instead of 75. Reduce base damage of each shot to 125 damage (130 dmg originally) if on the ground but give it scaling damage based on how high off the ground you are when activating it for an increase of up to 175 damage per shot (+45 dmg from original) (if you cast fire while ulted in the air you’re pulled down to the ground, this would give purpose to the way this interaction works in game). This would compliment the drill charge change and coming out of burrow into ult. I think these changes would make Venture more self reliant and able to stay in the backline causing chaos for longer and the increase/versatility in drill charge would supercharge their maximum mobility. The increases in CD's would offer more counter play for the enemy team. The would also help alleviate their massive weakness against flying targets/long distance by buffing the maximum distance of drill charge by 2x. Reducing their overall damage would be compensated by them getting a bit tankier stats and the natural healing the comes with the new burrow. I might've overdone it with the damage nerfs but the numbers are irrelevant the ideas are what really matters. Finally getting true damage against armor would be a nice slight buff as dealing damage to tanks is a problem that venture in particular has and it makes sense as a drill is made to go through tough materials. (could also make the melee deal true damage to armor) Let me know what you think thanks!

5:36 There could be some ways in which new shield tanks could be implemented that aren't super akin to pre-existing ones. (Already existing: deploy for short duration, pull up but limits offense, and deploy then take away at own discretion) How about a tank that has 200 shield whenever the barrier is not deployed but loses that additional health pool whenever it is deployed for a duration of time or until broken with the tanks shield health returning based off of how much of the deployed barrier was broken. Maybe a tank that can place a barrier with weak points that make the barrier take more damage or when destroyed completely remove the barrier.

Suggestion box: as a road hog main this this would be in my take on a reasonable patch for the big man himself 1: Give his old way of vaping back but still keep his current one as well. double tap the heal button for the old healing but you can’t cancel it so ur stuck in the animation unless ur CC’d. 2: reduce the resource cooldown from 10 to 9 seconds. 3: reduce his health by 50. at the very minimum I’d love to see the old way of healing back with his current one. But lemme know if this is asking too much, love y’all and hope you have a good day

I think the Level 1 Endorsement thing is actually perfectly fine. Simply because... it's very hard to actually be level 1, it's also hard to be level 2. I understand that a lot of players don't endorse others, but as it is right now, there's enough players doing so that if you're under endorsement level 3, there must be a reason as to why. The only caveat to this is... people being punished. I've been endorsement level 1 twice. The first time, was when they first added the feature. The second time, was when I got silenced for being toxic and it reset my endorsement level, I very quickly got back to my usual endorsement level 4/5. Even with super bad luck (which hasn't happened to me), you'd just go down to level 3... getting to level 1 is really hard, honestly, I think they should set the minimum requirement for ranked at level 2, but if you want to be lenient, make it level 1 and there'll be no issues. Also, this actually gives a practical value for the endorsement feature in the first place, as as of now I'm pretty sure it literally just does nothing.

Fr my problem with his counters to that is that it’s entirely summed up as “go a dive tank or pray your tank will dive her for you, or mirror the widow” when the problem is in a game like this she just feels unfun and just doesn’t belong the amount of maps she can hide and you can just never peak and form the entire match around that one specific player just feels awful the glint is perfect because it does exactly that adds a skill check bad players who’d die to her anyway would only see her slightly faster if at all because they’re usually focused on something else or just not paying attention and high ranked players will have slightly more counter play than those two suggested without having to play a whole hero geared towards countering her heroes like soldier bastion mei junkrat torb all get dogged by a decent widow I feel like that change would at least give those characters more counter play or less reason to get frustrated at least without making them any stronger than what they already are

Suggestion: Pickable pasives should have a nerf paired with them So maybe something like a 5% movement speed reduction or reload speed reduction or decreased knockback reduction. The numbers could be twieked appropriately so that the more 'op' passives would be on par with the 'less op' passives so they all have a similar power level, to stop them just being straight buffs. It would give the player agency to choose what they would be willing to sacrifice for a buff. The choice to also not choose a pickable passive could be there if players dont want to sacrifice a buff for a debuff

Suggestion: They should make LW grip more like thresh lamp from lol, have him place a flower on teamates heads on a shorter CD and allow the player with the flower to press interact and pull themselves to LW which would put it on the full CD. Allows the enemies to see who has the pull and would make it a lot less annoying to being on the receiving end.

Okay, but what if you're Illari or Torb? How does the game determine which input goes first, destroying your turret or the pull? What if you want to destroy your turret to reposition, but can't because you're stuck with a flower whrn you dont want one? What if you need a pull, and can't get it fast enough because you have to break the turret you still WANT first? Not to mention, you have to think about everything from a "what about NOT on PC players" standpoint. I push my thumb stick too much and need interact on D-pad. The other directions are used by comms and ping, where do you have a separate interact button on controllers?

I don't think it's a good idea anyway because players just aren't going to realize they can pull half the time and just die. It also adds a delay to the ability that Lifeweaver loses that ability to pull at the last second.

Suggestion: Brig’s “Inspire” passive activates upon Barrier Shield taking damage. This then makes her passive be more of a passive rather than an aggressive, and also making her more of a Tank Support hybrid than a Tank DPS Support hybrid. (Side note, I mainly was behind this in 6v6, but as of right now I personally don’t think any changes to Brig are even necessary)

Suggestion: OW goes into 7v7, with the teams being made up of 1 main tank, 1 off tank, 1 utility (heroes like Torb or Mei), 2 DPS and supports. Ofc there would need to be scaling and balancing, but the idea with HP is the off tank would have slightly less health than the main tank, and the utility would have about the same or a little more than the average dps/support. Personally I like this idea vs the 6v6 idea bc it would allow for more of a variety of characters and strategies to be seen more often. If y’all have any input or ideas to improve upon mine please respond!

An iteration on the Mercy suggestion could be to have a supercharge type mechanic for her heal. Hold the button, it drains her meter to bump healing up to maybe 70 or 80/s for a few seconds and then it needs to recharge. She sucks at healing tanks right now, might help her keep up a bit and would be a huge buff to her ult. The "tanks rez at 1/2 hp" suggestion for last week could be a good compensatory nerf

@5:30 i think a cool hero concept could be a tank with a gun similar to ashe’s, as in 2 different fire modes depending on ADS. it could be something like your primary fire is a projectile or some other thing, but ADS makes it hitscan. when you’re ADS it could also pop up with a small personal shield. something similar looking to visor that could just block personal crits. i know the suggestion was probably something closer to rein though. it wouldn’t have to be that specifically, but i feel like there’s still fresh shield concepts that could be adopted for a tank

Suggestion: They should change the criteria for certain heroes to be able to achieve POTG. My main gripe is with Ana as she is my main, but there's some other heroes as well that it just seems basically impossible to get a POTG no matter how much you pop off as them in a game. Perhaps they should give slightly more weight to Support assists/saves in the algorithm that decides the POTG. I just want to see my highlight intro sometimes goshdangit!

Suggestion: There should be a cooldown for changing heroes in games Something like 2 or 3 minutes or even a limited number of times that you can change heroes This way the problem of counter swapping all the game goes away and with the only 2 times changing hero ,actually ,the one who starts counter swapping will be in disadvantage because at last the one who got counterswapped gets to counter swap This way changing heroes to counter something comes with a cost or risk

To build off of the more shield characters suggestion: blizzard has a history of controllable secondary characters (quick example Rexxar/Misha in HoTS). So maybe a tank with a little shield bot you can move around and direct? Maybe tell it to follow a character and project a small shield in the direction they are looking? Wouldn't be treated like BoB for contests and such, but might be a cool idea to get a new shield in.

Well, about scope glint, Karq said that "A Dynamic hero shoot like this with so many abilities to counter snipers dumbs the game down" would be a negative... But then, DEADLOCK arrives with Vindicta's Ultimate (IT'S A BIG SNIPER GLINT), or just the sound of the birds when she is flying with her non-ultimate skill and It just show how AMAZING it is (And the game has a lot of "Divers" and characters with mobility to stay in your face), even if the game is on the alpha stage. So NO, I don't think it would be bad, you just have to do it right and that would add positive clarity to Overwatch and we also have an amazing and fresh example with Deadlock, but also I don't care so much, after so many years of overwatch, it can stay the same (So TL:DR, It would be really postivite to add this, but our conception of Overwatch is really stagnated right now, that we see some aditions like this as a negative when in actuallity would have neutral results or positive ones) Just take Dota 2 as an example, sometimes they change things so much, but they can still leave things balanced, make the game fresh and fun over years (even if somethings are unbalanced, but that comes with pvp games)

Vindicta's snipe is an execute-type ability though, it does like triple damage to enemies on low HP. It's not really comparable to Widow oneshots.

@@blackomega34 It still totally is, actually, even more so since normally they activate their shot during the moment they want to finish their target in one shot, Widowmaker having a bigger one shot potencial only makes a bigger reason to have the Scope Glint (but I doesn't need to have any kind of sound, only looking at the general direction would be great to redirect enemies, like Mcree's ultimate), so It would also work on the zoning while also putting a bigger target on her (and People can use that in strategies, It would be amazing to me)

@@blackomega34 And one other thing, Vindicta's snipe does gain more damage (not triple, the base damage is 160 and base bonus flat damage of 145, and it does increase to 285 bonus damage on level 2), but it's not a execute-type (Like Shiv's, Axe, Urgot, etc... you name it) since you can use sooo many thing to reduce the spirt damage, because of that she has even less oportunities of killing than widowmaker, and even her gets a sniper glint, Widow for having more lethality should be, more rationally, receiving the sniper glint You could add Widowmaker sniper glint the moment her sniper charge reaches 100%, It could be a away to implement it. I'm sure adding that would destroy widow and it would be really fun to play with that and around that (And Overwatch doesn't really have so many information at the same time as deadlock, so KARQ saying it's because there is already a lot going one, doesn't hold really much, trust people and they can show you they can take it and become even more fun)

Suggestion: To expand on the more shield tanks, what about a tank that has a reflector shield (1 second uptime with like a 5 second CD, like a d va matrix but with a larger drain or like sigma where the shield health can’t regenerate while up). Projectiles will reflect incident to the angle it hits the shield so it’d primarily counter large/aoe projectiles, but make it possible to reflect hitscan with great positioning

What if the lifeweaver one was instead it gave the person being pulled the option to teleport back and if they don’t respond it will at the very least give what amounts to a small zarya bubble (emphasis on small) so it’s not lost value if the tank doesn’t want to be pulled

Suggestion rework: Lifegrip encases ally in bubble but said bubble does not provide any HP or defenses, 1-2 seconds after applying grip LW can pull teammate as it works now, however the enemy team can break the Grip shield pre-pull and deny it. If pull is executed the cooldown remains roughly the same, if pull is broken the cooldown is halved to reduce downtime.

A unique shield type would be a resource meter based shield, where the longer you hold it the bigger it gets but the slower it makes you.

Roadhog: They tested a rework where Hog could heal his team with an AoE when he used Take a Breather but it didn't fit well. What if they used the same concept but instead using Take A Breather released a low damage AoE poison cloud similar to Venom Mine? This area denial ability could allow him to combo Hook and Breather to pull targets into poison. He would also become better at holding positions like capture points. DoT effects like fire and poison don't often result in a kill in OW, but the residual damage could be a good way for a non-shield tank to hold space.

Suggestion , let junkrat charge up to throw the trap further. I play junkrat and sniping targets for traps would be the most enjoyable thing to be added into the kit. It also gives junk a lot more versatility as an assassin-esq/choke spammer hero. I don’t think it fully addresses junk but it gives trap a more interesting gameplay loop. Obviously the trap would need to be rebalanced but i would like to see where this idea could go

For the guy who wanted a mercy resource - why not let her still heal normally but like -20 what she does now, then when she builds the resource pool she can "overcharge" her healing beam and she heals +5 what she does now.

Suggestion: The first tick of Zens tranquility should perge players. It's power as an ult has diminished with the inclusion of abilities like lamp and suzu. Having it only clear on the first trick still allows some counter play from nade etc. where whichever ability is used first, the other can counter. Tranw clears debuff but debuff can be applied after tranq has started.

I wanna leave this comment before too much time goes on, its not a huge issue i would say but they recently changed the stat viewing menu in the career profile tab (sorry my explanation of it was terrible) Basically you used to be able to pick between the comp seasons or the different modes or the 'all modes' tab and then select individual heroes and see their respective stats for whatever tab you had selected Now, you select a hero and look up individual stats at a time. Its so tedious and the old way was so much better and easier to look at imo Thank you for reading :pp

Let you track damage dealt by each ability somewhere in your profile if you go looking for it, plus numbers for last game and how many times the ability was used. I play Winston and want to know my average damage per jump so I know how much I overshoot. But I also use jump for movement and nevermind, I talked myself out of it.

Honestly i just want a headshot multiplier on Juno. Not even for damage reasons (you could nerf her non-headshot damage to compensate for all i care), i just want the satisfaction of hearing the DINK noise when you headshot ppl. Its silly but it really does help incentivise me to aim better when i get some response for a nice hs.

Time to make a fast/famine shield like Zarya, easily deployable but resource meter like Moira heal. Sounds like Rein barrier but 360 akin to Winston bubble w a twist: the longer the shield last, the lower tank hp/armor. Or the shield feast affect dmg drop off, heal reduction etc

Suggestion: Cass's ult should scale speed based on distance moved, not time, as well as giving him back the previous damage reduction, that scales from max to min via the same condition. So that Cass ult can, like in the past, be effectively used as a zoning ult or actually survive standing on a vantage point like in the past, where you wouldn't want to move at all for the most part. vs the 3 seconds you live now when everyone turns around to face and kill you. RIP flanking Cass ult.

I feel like making it so that mercy can use pistol without beams detaching would be good. Then remove rez and make it so that you can heal souls while in valk which after a while resurrects them, and maybe allow enemies shoot the rez to break it.

Suggestion: Give Mei a small speed boost (~10%) when she freezes the ground in front of her. She doesn’t NEED a buff, but it would be nice to give her something to do when walking back from spawn. Most heroes have some type of movement ability, however small, but Mei has nothing. As a result, walking to point feels so boring on her, and it would be nice to have a gameplay ability to help boost that

Mercy's M2 has never had any interaction with her kit, boosting is strong but it does nothing for her. Sure helping secure the kill, winning the match, that's "something for her". But for the Mercy player and playstyle, absolutely nothing changes even if she never boosts, or boosts at the precise time; they should definitely give her a cleanse at this point that charges up based on damage boosted and time, that way even if no one does damage, if you wait long enough you eventually get one charge, and pulses the cleanse from her beam. It'll even synergize with Valkyrie(which doesn't even feel like an ultimate anymore given it doesn't even boost her HP/s since it normally heals 60 HP/s already) since it chains from your target to everyone near them. I don't think it'll be OP it'll make her just what she needs to be competitively viable. This will even help separate good from bad Mercy players, and let's be real, it'll change nothing in low rank. Low rank Mercy players take their gun out when they can be boosting, or are M1 heal bots. So it wouldn't even overpower her at lower ranks. NTM they need to be on point to use a cleanse ability which is once again a usually absent skill in lower ranks.

5:29 have it be a physical sheild instead of an energy one. It could have an slower movement speed while blocking. Block should reflect progrctles like genji. Then you pair it with a mid to long range melee weapon like a spear that shoots chargable energy bolts.

The Moira suggestion likely comes from a console player, where she is a menace on that platform due to how bad the aim sensitivity is on a controller versus a keyboard and mouse. That, when combined with the Support self-heal and a low cooldown on her very effective escape, is extremely difficult for most console players to oppose unless they are a cheating Ximmer. I would love to see the MH win percentages with an unmirrored Moira on the team and with no Ximmers, which is probably extremely high. I like the range idea in the video or something that forces her beam to disconnect if she crouch spams or moves too much with a slight reconnection time added so that she requires some sort of aim. There should be a change to Moira that improves QoL for console players without affecting good PC players much, if at all.

Suggestion: the game should display all your allies' character icons and ult charge at the top left of your screen similar to how they do it in most mobas. opening the scoreboard every few seconds can be annoying and in some cases a little bit distracting from what's happening in the battlefield. I think it will improve the game and the quality of matches if they did it, and it will help people pay more attention to their team's ult situation. I don't see any downside to this idea.

Juno doesn't need to shoot during lock on.... maybe at the very most i would suggest she get a cerise amount of ammo back either depending on how long you are in lock on mode or how many targets you hit....i wouldn't even say a full reload, that all may be too much.

Suggestion: An OW2 x Fallout crossover, just imagine how cool it'd be if they just put in a little effort; and we could have some awesome skins like: T60/Enclave Power Armor Rein, NCR Ranger Veteran Cassidy(or just a ghoul cowboy if you wanna cache in the show enjoyers), Raider Ash with a super mutant Bob, Lone Survivor Soldier 76, Caesars Legion Roadhog/Junkrat, Enclave/Institute Moira/Mercy(It'd probably just be some weird lab coat though), Junkjet/Railway Rifle based Bastion skin. There's so much potential and I'd finally get a fallout crossover in a game I actually play.

Suggestion: The requirement for unlocking Competitive should be much stricter than it currently is. 50 wins can be very easily obtained by smurfs and boosters, and the system is easily exploitable. I've had countless competitive games where someone on my team or the enemy team has played ~60 games of quickplay with 50 wins, but as soon as they start their placements, go afk (moving around in spawn), walk into walls, shoot at nothing, or evidently aren't trying. These accounts almost always have sub 15 hours in the game. Now that Overwatch is F2P, the requirement for entering competitive should be made much stricter to compensate for the influx of smurfs. Also, Overwatch should add 'Smurfing' to the cheating menu as currently, only boosting/deranking is there. Games like Dota have outwardly say they take smurfing very seriously and advertise that they do not condone it at all, and I very rarely encountered smurfs with 5000 hours in Dota, while I encounter several per day in Overwatch. I don't want them on my team, or the enemy team.

on the scope glint... she should have it in lit areas that may cause a reflection if standing in the open. from cover(in a room/enclosed area) have no glint. base it on real physics and at least run data on the idea

If multiple snipers can exist in the game, multiples of the same kind of shield can exist in the game. - Like how they made Doomfist project Rein's shield with his block (in MirrorWatch). Iterations of the same Rein/Winston/Sigma shield on an otherwise-entirely-different kit, would be GOOD for the game. - Rein mains should have a tank option to swap to that offers the same shield when they get counterswapped, similar to how they can opt to swap to Ramattra for similar melee fun. Believing it needs to be super different is overthinking this. Even in 6v6, Rein+Winston was never a serious meta duo.

The glint would be cool though as cassidy i tend to duel her at her range and honeslty i dont have much issue preasuring her. Surprisngly i manged to figure out the firing intervale of each shot on how players are. Of course there is still the variable im slower which happens but i do try to catch her off guard. Headshotting her actually is very easy for me compared to some heros and this is at range especially out of cassidy's wheel house.

Instead of letting Juno heal while locking on, why not make it like cass ult, lower health gets acquired quicker heals + damaged to let it be a quicker burst of healing or finishing off enemies

For a shield tank how about one similar to Sigma on itself hp/resource but is shaped like old orisa shield is just big enough to cover the tank hit box itself and moves along with the tank and face where you face kind of like the shield from the heavy guns space marine xD

I also agree one of the few things i dislike abt Kar at sometimes I think he plays in a vacuum and forgets about most players like I play OW at high diamond and low masters and I don’t think a sniper glint is a bad idea like it gives players who don’t have instant dive ability a slight chance at reacting as a good widow will still likely pop you

I don’t think she’s that strong right now that she needs a crutch. With a Dva/winston meta right now Widows are not having fun. Right now they may get away with one single sneaky poke before getting touched inappropriately by a monkey.

The endorsement lv 1 thing could help against smurfs though. Just played a game where a widow/hanzo was killing everyone with a mercy boosting 24/7. I saw their default icon with lv 0 endorsement just screaming obvious smurf.
