SCP-001 - The Broken God - Ouroboros Cycle (SCP Animation)

SCP-001 is a Maksur class anomaly also known as The Broken God.
SCP-001 is a collection of anomalous items, formerly a single, massive mechanical entity assembled by members of the Church of the Broken God in late 1942 near La Paz, Mexico. Items include SCP-217, SCP-1139, SCP-882, and several internal components of SCP-629.
Members of the Church combined the various anomalous objects in an effort to restore their deity. Upon activation, SCP 001 reportedly began to integrate metallic objects into itself while actively seeking other anomalous objects. SCP001, and the resulting "001-Apotheosis" event that took place as a result of its assembly, was the cause of significant environmental changes in western Mexico, and required one of the most widespread use of amnestics to date.

The most important part of the tale not mentioned, as it has some deeper ramifications to the whole 001 mythos as a whole, is that the heart did not belong to the Church in the first place. It wasn't part of Mekane, the broken god, at all. In fact, when the foundation recovered the heart, they found an engraving on it. "Property of The Factory."

If you read the original 001 article, you will know that this heart is, indeed, a "heart" for the Broken God, made by The Factory, paid by Robert Brumaro, the leader of the Ortodoxy of the Church of the Broken God. I think he wasn't the leader when he did it. Also, please remember that the SCP wiki has no oficial canon, which means that the existence of 882 means nothing to this 001 proposal if the author so chooses. Not to mention that many 001 proposals are already not canon (like When Day Breaks), or canon but pure lies in-universe.

SCP-001-J The Broke God Classification: Euclid Special Containment Procedures: SCP-001-J is kept within a 5x5x5 concrete cell. Two armed guards are stationed just outside the cell, and any form of currency must be kept away outside a 5 meter range from the cell without authorization from at least two Level 3 personell. A Foundation owned store which contains metallic items for sale is located near the site where SCP-001-J is contained. Every week, a D-Class Personell must approach within the five-meter range towards the cell containing SCP-001-J with exactly $5 in hand. Description: SCP-001-J is a sapient humanoid being comprised of a seemingly metal body, which is composed of gears, chains and other metalic old-tech parts which may be found in the industrial era. When the currency enters the five-meter range of SCP-001-J, SCP-001-J will instantly teleport to the location of said currency and then absorb it into its chest.
