Hi. Thanks for your videos. How many pounds of #1 and #2 copper did that individual dehumidifier yield? Also, wouldn’t it be a good idea to wear some kind of protective glove when handling that much oily metal? Don’t poison your self!

I do wear latex gloves most of the time. I get about 4.5lbs of #2 copper from the motors, tube and coils. Also about 3lbs of copper/aluminum radiator

Can you save the aluminium wire and turn it in. I know it would take a while to create weight. But hey.

The other night I made the mistake of cutting the compressor line. What came out had no smell so I’m assuming it was not Freon. New coolant?Took me about 40 minutes to clear out my apartment.🐎🌻✌️❤

Well nice thing is is when the price does go back up you will have a great payoff. Brass and copper for me are 2 items I will keep and stock pile.

Compressor motor are always copper. They get way to hot to be made out of aluminum. You never found one that was made from aluminum man

I have found an aluminum compressor before. Some of the smaller ones from ice making machines can be aluminum. Great job Tin Man!
