Over the years you’ve taught me to make fire, reload shotshells, make traps, set up tarps, hang hammocks, tie the knots I need to know, and many other things along the way. And now you’re just making me hungry.🤣 Love it keep up the great content. Thanks for everything

Came here a while ago for the knots but am digging these cooking videos. We all need to prep and cooking food to eat is one of those preps. No reason we can't eat well and know how to tie a bowline knot. Alex the French Guy cooking would be proud. Thank you so much for your content.

Reminds me when grandma use to make sugar and cinnamon donuts back in the late 70's,she used biscuits and cut the center out and made donuts and donut holes,we all enjoyed them thanks Dave for reintroducing a favorite from the past and still popular today.

If I start making outdoor donuts at the camp, I won’t be getting any hunting or fishing done. This outdoor cooking series is really good. Sweets in the woods is what I’m usually missing so this one resonates with me.

Those look better than the ones we make from refrigerator biscuits, that's for sure. I used to buy mini doughnuts from a Down's syndrome fellow who had a little machine that would make them. He would set up under a tent on the edge of a gas station parking lot by the highway, and he always had a line of people. I always thought it was neat that he was running his own little business and doing quite well. Then one day, he was gone and I don't know whatever happened to him.

Great donuts. Add a little cinnamon to the coating, yum. Use powdered sugar and a cup of coffee and you have a New Orleans breakfast. Dave, More folks are asking for a cookbook, you may have created a monster. You really are not making just camp food, but are sharing some great old "down home" cooking, from different places. This series also proves my long standing point, MEN MAKE GREAT COOKS, sorry ladies. ;-)

Don't worry brewing in general but especially Mead is fairly easy to make just make sure to sterilize everything so the yeast doesn't have any competiton. Sources My grandpa taught me to brew at 10ish wanted to pass on the skill; eternally grateful he did but I gaurentee you'll be fine Dave.
