Wow she is park full of knowledge, fluent and vested with agile terminologies . She understood the questions. She mentioned the project they were working on. That's what Valentin missed durring your interview with him. Now regarding feedback i don't agree with the person that criticised her body language. She has to be herself. Thats who she is. Thats her her body reacts when she speaks. It doesn't carry any negative connotation. Not withstanding , i will agree with the person/s who said she should keep her explanations short and direct to point. She gave unnecessary details before landing on the main point. Again saying to much u can unconsciously make a wrong statement which can uncover your cover as an experience agile practitioner. Overall she is brilliant and will crack most interviews. Sir you should start asking questions about know of agile tools. We speak so well about scrum framework, we have the job but can't keep it because of lack of tool's knowledge. My humble opinion. Thank you sir for the great work.
