15:25 Let's also not forget. At one point in OG Dragon Ball, (i think it was against Demon King Piccolo) Goku threw a Kamehameha out of his feet. He wasn't even using it as a beam attack. He just needed extra thrust to increase the damage of his punch. Goku really finds new ways to spice up the Kamehameha when the situation calls for it. As a matter of fact, the first "Super Kamehameha" or a prototype of it was on Namek before he turned into a Super Saiyan. You know what I'm talking about. When he had barely anything left in the tank but still found a way to pull off a Kaioken 20x. Only Goku was brave and crazy enough to try something like that.

The first Super Kamehameha is actually against Piccolo in the 23rd World Tournament in OG Dragon Ball. I think it's Season 9, Episode 22. But yeah, there are so many variants of the attack, though the Ultra Instinct version has to be the most creative by far.

You gotta look at Gohans Beast Form and Piccolos Orange form differently, Gohan already stated before he isn't going down the classic saiyan route and following Goku and Vegeta. He wanted to do his own thing which is why Beast is different in many ways whilst also paying tribute to OG dragon ball. Now Piccolos Transformation was deserved, Piccolo has been underrated ever since Ssj2 became a thing. It was time for the background characters to step into the spotlight thats why Superhero is probably my favorite dbs movie.

I totally agree with you in regards to super. DBZ seemed to be aimed at entertainment and story. Super is focused on new forms and selling toys. However.. I get it. Times have changed in regards to peoples attention span and they need new forms more often. One last thing to add is how you said they disrespected the old super saiyans but they were disrespecting blue before it even got overtaken. The new forms are fine, they just handled it badly and rushed them.

Now a name any fight that Vegeta actually finished. Gogeta is the superior fusion no question. It takes more work to achieve but it also is more likely to finish the job than the potara fusion.

There actually was a reason why Goku awakened into this state it was his body's need for survival plus the fact that jiren brought out the best in goku simply do to his own overwhelming power being the trigger an pushing our main character into new heights to the point where Goku's mind actually awakens like wu-kong in journey to the West ...plus Goku's body almost subconsciously has a mind of his own in that new state minus the part where Goku didn't actually have access to his emotions in that black haired form anyways of course the tournament of powers main theme was all about survival ya know a whole universe not getting erased and the main prize being a big wish from the super dragon balls which we find out has ta be a pure intentional kinda of wish without selfish desires behind it thats why the low mortal count comes into play at the very end of that arc ... like think for a minute had someone else actually won that tournament and had a very bad heart zeno would have erased that person along with their whole universe away on da spot why!!??? simply they weren't pure as an individual mortal and didn't make a selfless wish and didn't actually represent their whole universe as a whole an only thought of themselves which in turn reflects poorly on the chosen person needed for their universe's pure survival alone proving once an for all to the lord of all universe that you aren't needed after all to exist but thankfully this wasn't the true result of how things played out but instead showed zeno that it's definitely possible that even someone from a low universe can change destiny in da right way regardless if their from a somewhat bad universe offering that very universe a rightfull place to exist an clean up it's act and can actually have a real chance for them ta thrive an change it's horrible ways... and come on let's be real here it's so amazing honestly that someone like android 17 was actually the one to make such wise wish in fact it's mind blowing since he was even a bad guy himself for time until he met people like android 16 who was a full on machine that didn't actually possess a living heart and also saw from cells body how people like Goku and Gohan made ah difference in da world getting rid of the evil that was once cell who seemed impossible to beat there for changing 17's heart in the end on the right side of good and even adopted 16's love of nature

DBZ had a lot of techniques and transformations as well.. Kaioken, SSJ grades 1,2,3, and 4, SSJ 2, SSJ 3. DBS: SS god, SS Blue, SS Blue + Kaioken, Ultra instinct (Goku), Ultra Ego (Vegeta). UI and UE are likely the pinnacle of what we'll see in DBS for Goku and Vegeta.

The way i wished Super would have went is the following: Goku does the ritual to become a saiyan god. His body transforms into the smaller more traditional anime form but keeps the black hair. Goku has now ascended to godhood. This is his new base form. He no longer has normal ki, it's all God ki. He fights with beerus up to the point where beerus throws that balls of energy and goku has a surge of power after thinking about his friends and family, this is where we see goku go Super Saiyan God. (This is the red form; He no longer has the gold hair form anymore, because his base is god, Normal SSJ is gone forever) When beerus asks where that power came from goku doesn't reply with "IDK" instead he replies with "We call it Super Saiyan. It's when a saiyan ascends beyond their limits; although it feels different with this new kind of Ki" Now we go to the resurrection of F; Vegeta has also gone through this god ritual and is a Saiyan god; with super saiyan on top becoming red. BLUE IS REMOVED FROM THIS ENTIRE MOVIE and their new form is SSG not Blue. Then we fast forward to the universe 6 vs 7 Arc; Where goku has a new thing he wants to try out; in the normal series he stacks Kaio-ken with SSB; However in my re-write goku stacks Kaio-ken with SSG (Because blue hasn't been introduced) the perfect fusion of Kaio-ken with SSG form, provides goku with SSB a new form that is more draining than SSG. Future trunks saga comes next and we see goku black; Here we see goku black use the Rose form which is what happens when a SSG goes super saiyan 2; During the fight we see goku using super saiyan blue and Vegeta using super saiyan god. Then eventual the fuse. No more SSB vegeto, it's just super saiyan god vegeto and it's enough. The conclusion stays the same. Tournament of power comes and we see goku diving into the state of the gods. This is where UI comes in. Throughout the tournament Goku will drop in and out of SSG and SSG; Each time he does his hair is slowly becoming more and more silvery. Eventually his hair phases into the MUI white hair you see at the end. This new White hair becomes goku's new base form. Goku's hair is forever white and he always has UI active and online unless he transforms into the other forms. (The show even states that the angels are always in this form; Meaning it is possible to have it be base. It just makes sense instead of giving goku a 3rd transformation. Goku is leaning into the new training and away from the Super Saiyan transformations) Vegeta however instead of going to his Sapphire form goes Rose instead. Ascending to Super Saiyan 2 while being a god. This continues into the broly movie where they fuse and we get super saiyan god gogeta. Then into the future arcs we will see Goku having access to SSG, SSB (More powerful and taxing form) We see Vegeta having access to SSG, SSGA (Rose), and then Ultra Ego would come out; This form would be ultra ego but i would like it to have the super saiyan 3 hair. The gradual shift as well from the SSG red, to Rose, to Purple would be very nice to see. This leads to Vegeta following the path of pushing his saiyan blood to it's peak; where as goku follows the trainings and teachings of his new masters (The gods and angels) This would give a good divergence to each of the characters, and would in my opinion alleviate the Over saturation of transformations. The other weaker Saiyans would still have super saiyan, and instead of having goku coach them through it or vegeta doing the same i would much rather them just unlock it during the tournament in combat. I know no one asked but i figured i would share my thoughts anyways in anyone is interested. Lol

2:18 I understand exactly wym. They just throwing transformations around. *BUT* , I understand why if anyone had to do it like that it’s them (Their universe’s version of Brody and Goku). Technically should have insane potential regardless, the only reason they haven’t tried it (I would guess) is bc none of the U6 Saiyans rlly know about it. But really Vegeta did ts first w/ Cabba when they were fighting U6 in the exhibition tournament in the arc before this

Uh, no he doesn't, I wouldn't even say gear 3rd is a transformation, just a technique, but gear 4th just has variations of the same thing, inflating is muscles through air, so you could really count all of those as one, but even if you take every variation of his gears, you still wouldn't match up to golu with 7 cannon transformations, without including Kaioken or Ssj4 into the mix or any of the ridiculous heroes transformations.

basically luffy has 3 transformations, gear 3 does not really count his entire body doesn't change. gear 2 gear 4 and 5 nothing compared to goku

@@davidogundele1969 just because only one part of the body changes doesn't mean it isn't a transformation. Everything Chad does is considered a transformation. And gear 4 has 3 different variations that are completely different. They both have 6.

As you would say, I ain’t gone hold you, but it’s not like all those transformations were achieved at once. Kefla was able to go SSJ2 because Caulifla had done the. Potara fusion is a cheat code and none skill based. Then, the only reason Goku went through all the transformations is because his stamina was so low. He had to get it up first. He essentially did the same thing in the first Jiren battle. Worked through the progressions to feel Jiren out

transformations is apart of the show, its just how it is. this is the HIGHEST point in the story, the way i see it at some point Goku and Vegeta are going to be the Angel and God Of Destruction for Universe 7. The way things have been going, it shows they arent going to be needed to protect earth. Gohan and Piccolo can handle that shit now since they ACTUALLY match to Vegeta and Goku. If you know Gohan, the only reason he has the name BEAST GOHAN is him going all out. Its literally like he said to Goku "im going to find MY ULTIMATE FORM on my own terms" and he DID THAT SHIT IN THE MOVIE. Idk man, I've loved all the shit from Super so far.

There's this misconception that UI(AUI) is a transformation but it isn't. It's just a technique constantly used by angels even in their base form, Goku treats it as a transformation & that's why he can't just achieve it easily.
