I only use 2kg and 5kg, mainly because that's all I have and I can't go much higher for an old shoulder injury, but I love your workouts, always so stimulating 👏💛

That’s totally fine you can always do a few extra reps if it feels too easy! Or go really slow and control the movement to make it more challenging! Thank you for being here, it makes me so happy!

Every part of my upper body is on 🔥 I have a lean mean upper body machine 💪🎀 I used 6kg & 4kg dumbells 😊

W1 D2, used 4lbs and 8lbs since that's what I have. Need some heavier weights. But to make up I do longer reps to challenge myself

That’s perfect! If it feels really easy you can try going really slow too and that will make it more challenging!

Hey could u maybe rearrange the times you upload to earlier? Because I work in the afternoon and I like to do the workouts before. It appears that it will come out at 14.00 in uk time but could you maybe change it to 8 or 9 am?
