I'm not sure if you'll read this comment but I just wanna thank you for your videos. I've been finding it difficult to improve and find my "own way" in doing an approach that's still proper and effective, training & spiking consciously helps a lot, finding the proper distance between my arm and the ball plus this and doing it consciously is the key. I'm going back to basic and fix the adjustments I make just to play and not aim to do it properly. The exhilarating feeling when you do it properly is different from just being able to do it, thank you!
Thank you for making this video! I've been trying to figure out ways in getting my rhythm to match my approach to hit properly. Will definitely try this out in my next class

This looks like it will be very helpful but I have a question do you arch your back when spiking like when ur in the air to contact the ball because I don’t know why but it looks like that’s how people of it
@sdvolleyballenglish2020 Жыл бұрын
I think you can hit the ball stronger if you arch your back.

When I do the 3steps I lose my strength in my both feet how can I fix it😢
@satoru556 Жыл бұрын
maybe because you are putting your weight too much on the floor rather than forwards. If you focus on running forwards for momentum then you would put less strain on your legs and more power to your jump

WHEN SHOULD i take my first left step after setter touches the ball or little before?
@redtifouuu3965 Жыл бұрын
if u jump high then when the setter touch the ball u take ur first step if not when the ball in the air u do the first jump so for that u need to have good foot musculs (the setter should do a high set)
