Very good I do a layer of rasped cheese on top but an d grill them, from time you see restaurants that do mash on top. Very good. A dish as a starter at a feast with a good glass of white wine. I must say this chef knows a lot of very good dishes originating from different countries. Very versatile chef without any attitude.

I love your recipes man. Thank you for all your hard work. My wife and I at dinner time watch your videos and we might not be eating the same beautiful stuff you’re making but it helps our appetite LOL. I’m not a big pasta guy but I love spinach tortellini. Do you have a spinach tortellini recipe?
