Look i don't understand what more people want!!? How do you make the funniest and darkest movie!? The most action packed and character driven movie!? Love stories that pay off, a villian that.....smh. EVERYBODY was bad ass! Spider-Man armor! Omg Iron Man's armor unbelievable, Hulk vs. Thanos! Black Widow's moves! She's been training, no more scissors takedowns, characters you don't even think about working together doing unbelievable moves. STEVE ROGERS, nononono wait......THOR THOUGH!!!! Man Wong and Mantis were even Badass bro!! AND THANO WAS STILL WHOOPING ASS These guys, listen! They put in so much stuff that people wanted to see, so much stuff that I WANTED to see and I still wasn't ready for it. How do you prove so many fan theories right and yet so many wrong!? Action, romance, comedy, drama, story, the score! The *best* part about this is getting goosebumps when Thanos kills Loki in the opening scene of Infinity War and kills off Spiderman, Black Panther, Groot, Star Lord, Drax, Mantis, Falcon and Bucket at the end of the movie. Oh and he also kills Gamora by tossing her off a cliff.

If I had to describe this movie, I would basically say this: There were 14,000,605 possible outcomes for this movie to become. Only one of them was absolutely phenomenal, and the Russo brothers picked that one outcome as the end result of the movie.

In many ways this film reminded me of The Empire Strikes Back. The stakes, the darkness, the gravity of the situation, following different groups of our heroes on different missions and several other ways as well. I am still pretty much speechless.

There should be lap bars on the the theater seats as it's one hair raising ride. They put so much into the runtime and it was fun seeing characters interact. But such a dark movie and even the end credits become more reserved and somber compared to the disco inferno credits of Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 2, or the visualistic Spiderman Homecoming credits. If you watched Agents of SHIELD tonight, they acknowledged the stuff about what happened in New York was seen on the news and it was just nuts.

just saw it today and overall it was pretty solid. Thanos was actually the stand out. going in I was a bit worried that he was going to end up just being big generic evil strong guy who punches things, like apocalypse in x man apocalypse or Steppenwolf in justice league. I couldn't have been more wrong. not only was he terrifying, but he was also three dimensional and compelling. he was doing horrible things but there's an honourable reason behind it. he can be extremely cruel and dangerous but can also be compassionate and loving. he was a fascinating antagonist. he really made this movie. the film had many extremely powerful and heart renching emotional moments. but it also had a lot of laugh out loud funny moments as well. and they had just the right amount of comedy so that it's enough to add some levity without undercutting the drama *cough* ragnarok *cough*. the action was extremely exiting and visually this is one of the best in the MCU, it was a really cool looking movie. but it wasn't perfect. it almost seemed like the avengers themselves were sidelined in favour of Thanos. although a lot of them get their moments none of them really have actual arks, except Gamora. some characters in particular, who are huge parts of the MCU, almost feel reduced to side characters and don't do much. I wasn't fully on board with that. also I can't really go into this because it would be a spoiler but let's just say that the ending left me...scratching my head to say the least. very good movie overall though. it's probably my favourite of the three avengers films. it's a solid throughly film. I still think I liked black panther a bit more though. 8/10.

for those of you who haven't seen this movie yet, be careful. I've been scrolling through KZbin and I've come across numerous videos with scenes from the movie with spoilers in the title. I've already been spoiled to a couple things, I'm trying desperately to avoid these. you need to try hard because since spoilers are in the title you can't just simply avoid it by not watching the videos.

The stakes were beyond raised in this movie. I felt like with how much they built up Thanos and what I researched and found out from the comics, something major had to happen where the heroes didn't get out of it Scott free like nothing happened, otherwise I would feel like this movie was a letdown. Gotta say those expectations of mine were not only met, but surpassed.

It's a solid 8.5-9/10 for me. It's that low for the sole reason I had some theories that deep down I didn't want to be true actually come true (those definitely came from some of the more emotional moments of the movie too) . Also I think there were some of the characters, that I'd they were cut from the film, the film would actually have gotten a bit better because the pacing would have been more consistent with less heroes to jump back and forth from.

Man I saw this a couple days ago and your like the main person I wanted a review from but now I gotta wait till Monday (for me) until you can actually talk about it. Hey Sean what`s up? Great review. I saw Avengers: Infinity War right when i got off work, working the 11pm to 7am shift. They had a 9:30am showing at my theater, so I stayed up and watched it. The movie was so amazing I was sleepy as hell, but I stayed up. I was shook, I was shocked, I was amazed at how they pulled this off. And Josh Brolin as THANOS was truly amazing. To me the best superhero villain in film next to heath Ledger`s Joker. THANOS story arc was just amazing and he did an excellent job bringing THANOS to the screen. The Russo Brothers are the best MCU directors period. The Russo`s did a great job on.... Captain America:The Winter Soldier Captain America: Civil War & now Infinity War........a 9.5/10 for me. P.S. .......I saw Infinity War twice now. And The Black Order was cool, but Ebony Maw was the best side kick villain. And Doctor Strange was epic in this. Dr. Strange pulled off some of his best powers in the film on Titan. He was kicking ass and Iron Man was too. Thor was awesome, Cap & Black Panther running side by side into battle was epic....wtf!!!!

8/10 in my opinion. I had the same issues you had. And I was among that people who had their favorite characters underused. 😕 Not even sure how that could be arranged in the next movie but well, I will just wait for the best... Other issues I had was the relationship between certain characters which change a lot from what they established in previous films or evolved so fast it was difficult to believe. The acting just in some characters was a little not that wow. But all the good points you mention are definitely there so very, very good for what it is.

Cool tee xD All about balance ;) Trailer shots are rarely n the movie, or they're a diff take, angle, etc. I found the CGI a bit much, esp in the 3rd act :( When I left the theatre, it felt like a good movie - I don't rate/rank movies, but this is rewatchable, seeing it again next weekend, may see it during the week. I did see Baby Driver 5x. You really need to see it again, as there's SO much to take in, you can't do it in one sitting ;)
