2024 goal #1 - redouble my focus on being present! Life so easily gets too busy and I find that my running-checklist-brain has gotten worse over the years lol, need to tame the beast! Thanks for the great workout as always Coach! These morning style hip and back stretches (love the twisty poses especially!) are my favorite!

I want to change my career. I've been working in fast food for a while. Due to trying to avoid burnout, I've been working lower hours so I can have time to take care of myself. I think that if I can volunteer at my local library for long enough, they could hire me. I should have time to work there, but I'm worried that working those hours on top of working my part-time job might make me neglect my own body and family and friends. If I work at the library where I don't have to *constantly* be on my feet, it might help me avoid more burnout in the longer term though, so it is worth the sacrifice. I think that I should try to be working there by the end of the year.

Mr. Sean. I'm worried about your outdoor yoga routines. I mean, you talk a lot, and probably you don't really focus on your breathing that well, but if you were to do yoga properly, you don't want to be breathing outdoor stuff. Can you go like surgical OCD clean about your yoga routines? 🙏 please? God knows what you're breathing. I envy you so much that you actually have the time to do it and resources. At least do it well. In a clean environment, where also you're just breathing, basically yourself? And you're moving your energy only?
