Hi Sam, thanks for this I did it for the first time today, great workout! I find strict press tough on both sides as I'm not that strong in the arms. Especially above the head. I can only use a 6kg for those so far but only Bern working out for 6 weeks so. 8kg I use for other exercises. But definitely getting stronger 💪 arms like jelly now haha. I also signed up to get your free 30 day workout, but I've not got it yet... did I miss the boat with it?

Thanks for the question! Seeing as this is a short resistance workout, it will not likely burn too many calories. However, it will encourage muscle hypertrophy (building muscle) and the more muscle mass you have, the more visceral body fat you’ll burn in day-to-day activities. This is one of the great benefits of resistance training. Make sure to increase the weight you’re using over time, this is called ‘progressive overload’. Hope that helps! 👊
