Jules, I think this stretching routine ticks all the boxes for me at this stage in my life (74). It hits the major muscle groups, holds the stretch for the perfect amount of time and I feel very peaceful as I do them. The perfect ending is recounting those things or people for whom we are thankful. 10/10 in my book!! Thank you and blessings.

Jules...a great end to a busy day....the nice thing is my day starts at 4:30am but I can stop at anytime to the day. Did day 2 for the Interval Training series, we took our walk and of course did stair at the middle school, finished my area of the basement, so now I am ready to relax the rest of the day....thank you again for taking time to help us all be heathier...take care and God Bless....Anne

Yes, Jules, that our wake up time everyday. It has been that way for years. Actually I used to get up at 3am when I worked. I had an hour to an hour and a half drive from where I lived, so I am an early person and so is my husband. @@ImprovedHealth

Hey Jules.....it's been a busy day again. Did my walk this morning, helped out at our kids today, came home ate dinner early, waited an hour, finished Day#6 Interval Training, I can't believe tomorrow is the day for this workout program, 4 weeks went fast. I lost about 4lbs and about 1" around my tummy, I really have to work on that but all in all not to bad. I see that there is another 7 day workout after this one, so I think I am goin to do that one unless you have any other suggestion. I so much enjoy doing these workouts, I just want miss them...thank you again so much for taking the time to do this for us....take care and God Bless.

I think it sounds like you are ready to move on to the next series. You can either take a few weeks to try other workouts or go straight into the next series. It’s up to you. If you choose to do other workouts, just ensure to pick two interval training workouts a week, two strength training, 1 longer cardio workout and the other days can be whatever you feel like doing. I hope that helps. Congrats on the 4 pounds! That’s a nice, realistic and healthy weight loss in a month that can be maintained well:)

Jules, this is the greatest stretch workout, I been cleaning the basement, at least half of my side of the basement, I did the ab workout and then this stretching it is just the best after all of that, it is just the right amount of time and stretches....thank you ever so much again....I will be back with you tomorrow in the 7-day Interval workout series, 2nd week, 2nd day...take care....Anne

Hi Jules, my husband told me to give you a 👍. I have been doing this every morning after my swinging hands with mini squat. My husband saw me and stole your stretching demonstrations and did it himself before his regular daily qigong in the morning. He told me today that the effectiveness of the stretches is awesome to reduce his knee pain. He said that stretching is important as you said in your latest video of stretches every night. Oh my goodness.....after doing some yard today, because it was so beautiful outside I felt as though I need to do some stretching and this did the trick, I feel so much better I did my regular workout this morning, the 20 minute workout and took a 55 minute after, so this is a great stretch workout, I will be doing this one quite often. The scenery in the back round is beautiful...thank you for sharing that with us......have a fabulous rest of the weekend....God Bless....Anne.

It was definitely a nice trip. Vancouver is absolutely beautiful. I lucked out with $143 flights each way during the pandemic...I couldn't pass that up (normally costs 3x that amount).

Hi Jules.....almost at the end of the 2nd week of the "Walk the weight off" workout....since we only had a 20 minute workout today, again I added the Ab workout and of the Daily stretch to this, it also a great combination. Good Morning Jules.....I made through day #3 of the Interval workout, also did the 15 minute core workout and finished with this stretch workout. I did do the other 2 stretch workouts a couple of days ago but I really like this one the best. I see you have a couple of other video workouts, they look like fun, I can't to try them. I did get to walk today, it looks like we are going to have some good weather in the next few weeks, I can't to get outside and work in the yard. I really loved this. The music was so relaxing. I did the resistance band workout earlier so it felt good to do a little extra stretching. Thank you. By the way, I had to get up on my step ladder today to hang something and I noticed right away how much easier it was to climb up than it had been in the past. The only exercises I've been doing are the ones on your channel.

Wish I could handle 1st class. Relatives and friends all over the US. Lot of Canadians in Florida. I’m from Boston originally and my first girl friend was from Nova Scotia.
