These 17 minute seated chair stretches are great for anyone who wants a relaxing stretching session from a seated position. These stretches are appropriate for all ages. If you can't do a specific stretch, just modify the stretch to one you can do. After the 17 minute session, we'll listen to a guided 3 minute breathing session where we focus on our breath. If you want to continue to do more, you can listen to the music for the last 5 minutes and take time to think about all of the people and things you are grateful for in your life as we end this year and start a new year.

It is so amazing, I felt as if the 27 minutes passed in just seconds, and in the end, the time to reflect and be grateful for everything in my life made me realize what I was missing, when there is so much to say thanks FOR. An ideal set of exercises for people who are in worse shape, sick (such as myself) and tired after Christmas. Also the meditation at the end of the session makes deep sense and is well worth doing. Thank you, Jules.💛

It is now Sept. 6th/23 and the heat is extreme. I did this workout this morning to substitute for your Monday posted 15 Minute HITT since I don’t have A/C. It was perfect again. I still got my body moving and the heat just helped the stretch be more flexible.

@@ImprovedHealth if only this heat it could be bottled for winter. But it has been like a Caribbean getaway with out the hassle of the airport. I’m just proud of me for doing something instead of nothing. That’s unusual for me to feel that way. To anyone reading this…it never has to be perfect, but trying is the step forward.

Wow!! I felt muscles in my body that I forgot I had! The back stretch opened up my spine to a lovely cracking noise. Lol. It fit perfectly after the 20 minute evening walk. Thanks again for your knowledge, calendar and helping me get in shape! ❤

Here again! I had a wonderful Saturday cardio at Swamp Rabbit Trail here in Greenville, SC. 4 miles. Almost fell asleep during this perfect stretching session.

I just saw this. We were out of town for Christmas and we 3:53 did a lot of beach walking. Everything below the waist is stiff and sore. I am on day 23 of the 25 day workout. This will be what I do when my leg workout is done. As someone else said earlier, you have definitely become my fitness friend as well. Have a blessed New Year. ❤🎉😊

I’m glad to read that you enjoyed it. My right side is always stiff as well but the stretching definitely helps. It’s amazing how we often don’t notice the stiffness until we start stretching.
