Okay, so for everybody who is optimistic about this video, I've been doing this for almost 10 days now. It has completely got rid of my severely restless legs (due to lack of circulation). It has relieved so much pain in my body everywhere. I am already almost at my healthy weight and yes within a few days simply because I wasn't mobile at all. I was jumping right into heavy lifting when my body couldn't do it so of course I was failing each time. It's crazy how little effort the body needs but we just abuse ourselves way too much. Once I am a pro in these exercises, then I will be moving onto heavier exercises. ❤

@@theposhfreshie Thanks! That’s great to hear! I have pots and let myself become bedbound because I didn’t know what was wrong. I can barely shower and I know I’m so underweight and my muscles are going. Hard finding exercises that aren’t too much to handle but also help.

I definitely need these exercises! My COPD Has been caused by radiation that cured my Hodgkins way back in 1982, among other health issues. I’ve been on oxygen since 2017. It’s a royal pain! I took pulmonary rehab about 4 years ago. I’m glad to have chair exercises. I’m tall & long legged. Glad I found you! Thanks!

Thank you so much for putting these exercises together and making them available to the public. I have heart issues and dealing with anemia among other health issues. I have begged my dr. to refer to a cardio rehab program and he won't he just tells me to walk. Which i would love to walk if I wasn't so weak and tired. These exercises were just enough to get me feeling not so sore and fatigued and it improved my mood! Thanks again! God bless!

I’ve been looking for a video to get rid of my muscle atrophy everywhere in my body. I had a stroke had a car accident broke my back another car accident four of the whole is side of my left side of my body and I’ve been depressed and everything I do hurts me and I’m mainly bedridden it seems like, I would like to be able to work up to getting my body to where I can exercise and do things I’ve watched your video and this is the perfect start for me. It’s 112 in the morning I’m not gonna start now lol but I will be starting this tomorrow. Thank you for making this and I’m so glad I found it.🎉

I have CFS and arthritis. I talked to my therapist about exercises for CFS and I’m so excited she shared this with me. I’m just watching right now. I know right now it’s too much would you suggest do a few and work up and start on “ good” day or a challenging one. This is awesome. Thank you so much!
@ExerciseForHealth4 ай бұрын
That's nice to know this was recommended by your therapist. Yes, I would suggest picking a couple of the exercises to start with, see how you feel the following day or two, then over time start to build more of the exercises in to your routine.

Hi again. Another quick question. Which is your best shoulder routine among the lot you have? Shoulder/neck? Thanks.
@ExerciseForHealth Жыл бұрын
I haven't actually done "workouts" on specific areas of the body yet. All the workout videos I've done so far are generally full body. However, I have done some specific exercises for the shoulder for certain conditions (rotator cuff injury/ shoulder impingement/ frozen shoulder etc) and I do have plans to do some videos on particular body parts (joints/ muscles) in the future. Watch this space!

I've been sedentary for a good 11 years, only been able to walk & use stairs on a nearly daily basis (for now); I'm only 29yo, weighing 200 lbs for 5.9 ft, yet I feel weaker than a 90yo person. Groceries bags? Must arch myself backwards to lift them up. Sitting & standing? Can't do without a double support; if not, then really slow & legs constantly shaking. Every functional move is nearly impossible for me (aside walking); got no lateral mobility on hips, and absolutely no strength in the core muscles (it's as if I didn't had any muscles down there at all). Even hip bridges, one of the "easy" exercises, is totally impossible for me! When I lift my buttocks just a millimeter, my entire belly locks itself, lungs included, and I can't do the motion without being in apnea. I'm not trying to become a Spartan or the next John Cena, but I don't want either to become bedridden for the rest of my life.

@ExerciseForHealth3 жыл бұрын
I can't tell you whether you should or should not do it as I'm not in a position to provide individually tailored advice, but the exercises you mentioned would be fine to be carried out for someone with a B/P of 140/80, if that's their only health condition, and they're not performing them to an extreme intensity.

Can people with severe copd do this?. Saturation is below 90

Yes, it's worth them trying as it was designed for that category of population. If it's too easy, I have another one coming out next Monday that includes a mixture of standing and seated exercises for COPD/ Heart Failure etc.
