I simply cannot live without your Seated exercise videos. Your knowledge of Seniors and their limited abilities is so evident in each one of your classes and your simple directions and tone of voice really add to these videos being so doable for so many of us that cannot do the walking videos. I am so glad I found your videos and I definitely will continue to do them as best I can. Thank You Jules for all your help.

Great work out! I recently found your videos on youtube and they're excellent! I'm 42 and I have stage four breast cancer to my bones and recently had two screws placed in my pelvis so standing work outs are a no. But these are fantastic! Thank you so much!! I'm not a senior but I have weak ankles and an upcoming atfl repair for one of them. This is so encouraging as I usually walk as my baseline movement. It's exactly the pace and challenge I need to get back on track pre and post op!. I will definitely be doing the leg lifts vs the sit to stands post op for a while but grateful to do anything to get better! Thank you!

Hello Jules: Usually I don't do seated workouts but it's raining today in LA and so I joined in. After a few minutes I got worried because my joints made squeaking noises. But then I realized it's my chair. What a relief. I think it's good to alternate workouts. Easy to do, you provide us with plenty of them. Thanks By the way, I emailed you. No answer. Oh me, Julie, it’s been a long time since we’ve had to do a seated workout, but I’m sure glad we have that option. My knee is “acting up” bad today; it started hurting a few days ago, and now it’s in full rebellion. Must be our cold, damp weather we’re experiencing lately. I’m ready for it to really feel like spring. We’re anxious to plant our little garden. It will have to eat about 2-3 more weeks before the ground is warm enough and the threat of frost is over. Anyway, we got a good workout in.

These are great, Jules. It’s wonderful that you incorporate seated workouts in your videos. I’m fortunate enough not to need seated workouts, at this time, but so glad you make them and I modify most of the exercises standing up which you make easy to do. Sometimes I just do routine all seated too, great workout either way. Thank you! 💞

Just found you, I need the chair as my hip, lower back, and knees are in bad shape,plus I have Fibromyalgia, but I have to keep moving even if I have pain after. I have trouble with the jogging tho due to sciatic and groin pain so I just lift my heels up and down. It is a great work out as It makes me sweat. Thank you!

Are you going to do anymore HIIT videos with 20, 30 or 40 second intervals this year? I tried a 50 second interval video with 50 second and 10 second rests and it was WAY too hard for me.
