I’ve noticed when I put 100% tea tree on - these break up (tried it on one I had looked at already). They open up. But then they reform again after awhile, becoming tightly entangled within themselves. Smart phone cameras can be good and bad. It’s kinda cool to see them them separate and shrink though. It also gives hope that they will go away. But they don’t. Although I haven’t done it consistently so who knows. Something about that tea tree (and clove oil) stirs things up.

PA just froze one on my face yesterday and said to come back in a month if it hasn't improved. She was quick to say I had SK but from looking at pictures it looked more like basal cell to me (pink, not brown, etc) and I'm wondering if she got it wrong.

It is best to see a Dermatologist as we have lots of tools at our disposal. I do not recommend any of the over-the-counter therapies as you first must have the right diagnosis before you treat anything.
