I don't blame the guy. He knows what he likes and he is well within his rights to not pursue someone who doesn't have what he likes. Also, he didn't attempt to insult her for not living up to his preference. If we are being honest, this whole premise is a weird one. (Contacting people about why there is no second date from a radio show) So I can understand how he might have felt a little weirded out by this
