Very clever ideas! I sharpened the spine of the file/screwdriver to make it a very effective ferro rod striker. I sharpened the side that closes into the body for less than five minutes with a small sharpening stone.

Not really. Only thing stupid would be to close your lips around them and pull them out. Use your teeth. People who use SAK knives are an innovative bunch who are clever and can think on their feet and find all kinds of uses for the knife when faced with a need. They aren’t the kind to be stupid.

It might on the off chance show people how big of a loser you are for carrying knives around with you everywhere you go when you don't need them.
