I actually already have my own set of questions to ask my clients but I don't know why I never just sent them the questions as a PDF so they could answer it themselves. I am not sure how exactly I have to ask the client about it, cause I even myself find it hard to answering in it. Maybe there are any other helpful questions which would help to set the brand voice?

Hi Abi!! Can I ask where in the process you take payments? Is it right at the start, after that first call, or after sending over an initial proposal etc? Love seeing other peoples processes, this was super helpful thanks 🥰

Hey, of course! So once they have enquired with me, I go through their brief, understand their business and ask the necessary questions over email. I then send a quote for the proposal. If they accept that’s when I take a 50% deposit and then the remainder is paid once the brand has been signed off 🧡 The brand call and in-depth questionnaire is done after the first payment has been made x

Hey! I have looked into dubsado in the past but I actually use Notion, it essentially acts as a portal where I can drop things off and my clients can download them to view (& vice versa) x
