What I love about you and your work is that you aren't just artistically talented, you're mechanically talented. You don't just understand the art end of a project or design, you also understand the tools that get you there. I love watching you work with Illustrator (since it's my favorite app as well) because I always see a new approach that makes me think about better ways to do what I do. Thank you for this comments! Glad you enjoy watching and learn something at the same time. So glad I've been the reason that you've fell back in love with design (that's made my day). I think when creating briefs you've got to think of the kind of brands you want to design for. I actually have a monthly design brief challenge on Instagram called the 'Creative Glow Challenge' where i post monthly design briefs that you can take part in! But do also recommend coming up with you own so you can tailor it to the brands you would love to work with!

You can do it! Illustrator can seem so overwhelming at the start as it feelings like there's a million things to learn, but the majority of the time you'll end up using the same 4 or 5 tools! Thank you for the support and kind words 😊💛

Nice work. The colour isn't something you would normally put with a pancake product but it works well. Only thing I'm unsure about is the ip being connected. Almost reads like Flopped to me. Would love to see you do a truly custom type treatment in the future (you had some good examples in your mood board).

Yes i can see what you mean with the 'ip' connected. I've never done a true custom type before as that is definitely not my forte, but i'm always up for a good challenge so will note this down!
