Many companies in India and abroad are exploring the hybrid work culture model in which employees will be asked to work from office only for a few days in the week and from home on others.
Tata Consultancy Services which earlier announced that it plans to 70-80% of its employees back to office by 2021-end or start of 2022 may move to hybrid model eventually.
TCS’ mandate that employees report to the office at least three days a week has caused two negative outcomes for the tech giant. Will it go to 5 days per week as compulsory?

Government has forced companies to call all their employees back to office otherwise they will cut all the tax exemptions on exports done by IT companies. Government says people who depend on IT employee's expenditure will suffer otherwise which is their voting bank. Government has only allowed wfh till december end 2023. this is the reality

That's true! India's development is under threat from real estate, this guys for high profits ruining India's development in villages & tier 3 & 4 cities, destroying farmlands, forests, hill areas & importantly core job sectors where the pay scale is less & people rely on IT service industry which is directly depending on western countries & western country recession will hit our economy. People not investing money in core sectors coz profits take time unlike real estate, this trend destroying core industries & job profiling sectors, and youth are unable to start their own companies but rather started investing in real estate for easy money & most importantly WFH gives the whole of India equal development as people spread across & spend money locally & tourism grows eventually & this also losing talent pool leaving our country for opportunities. Unless the real estate sector should be govt controlled cannot be run by private individuals or companies due to which all other sectors & people are affected badly & politicians get easy money to buy a vote after earning from real estate & thus money neither contributing to economy nor to society coz mostly it's black. Please come up with a video with stats on how real estate is a silent virus stopping Indian development over all.

In recent times, it's noted that arab countries' money is invested here just to keep land under control & this is a bigger threat to Indian society coz real estate works on profits not on ethics.
