Baldoni has herniated disks, damaged meniscus and cartilage in both knees, and arthritis in his shoulder. Baldoni did not directly ask Blake about her weight, but asked his on set trainer before filming a scene where he had to lift her, which Blake Lively interpreted as "fat-shaming". Which is ridiculous. He’s allowed to be concerned about his health (especially as a father) and career. In my opinion she took over a project of his and he stood out of the way and let her destroy the movie. It’s missing so many key things in the book. She’s carried that reputation with her for years and now it’s actually biting her in the butt.

NOPE. she's 5'10" we can GUESS her weight, and if we go super low and say something stupid low like 120 it's insane to even THINK about lifting her. moreover it's actually probably a union strike against the production to ask a trainer to even offer such an opinion, since that's literally the stunt coordinator's job. it's also in context of him trying to sneak her to a weight loss specialist, telling her she wasn't as attractive as pictures etc. and if he implied the trainer needed to get her to diet its 10x worse because now we're supposed to believe 8# is the difference between 'safe' and 'dangerous" please.

Blake made some very bad unforced errors in promoting the movie and I’m sorry I don’t think you can blame it on bots because most of it was on TikTok and as far as I know, they don’t actually have video bots. I personally found the fact that she had signature drinks created for the movie that were named after significant characters and scenes… which it could just be me, but that kind of creeped me out… almost like the author creating a nail polish line and naming the colors after the characters and significant seeds, including something that included DV. Then with her hair care line as someone who actually tried it - unfortunately - it was either rushed into production (which considering she claims to have worked on it for over eight years 🤷🏼‍♀️) or they just used really cheap ingredients because it left my hair looking way down and oily (as someone who does not actually have oily hair) and look like I literally haven’t washed my hair in a couple weeks and even worse, it actually left my scalp feeling dirty. Then there was the unfortunate undertone of a chemical smell that was quite persistent. Ultimately she and her husband, Ryan Reynolds desperately wanted that Barbie/Oppenheimer tie in with all the merchandise opportunities so she treated it like she was promoting something similar to Barbie. It’ll be definitely interesting to see how the Hollywood PR machine works once the rug is pulled up … and ultimately think it’s good for the public to see how they can fake a narrative and get people to believe it.

With the baby bump comment, the interview came shortly after Blake’s public announcement that she was pregnant. It wasn’t uncalled for that the interviewer mention it. Costuming was especially important for Cafe Society also because its a historic drama and all old Hollywood outfits. The question was relevant.

Yeah, context is important. Justin is still recovering from a serious back injury and knew that she was post-partum at the time. Totally fair of him to ask her for confirmation that she was in a safe weight range for him to be able to lift her. It's not fat-shaming. It's looking out for both her and his well-beings.

Any negativity that BL is experiencing is her own doing due to her interviews and comments. As a dv survivor, I had high hopes for this movie based on Colleen Hoovers' book. Her version of the film was released via Sony. She chose the movie poster. Her husband crossed union lines to write scenes. She chose her wardrobe for the movie. Ironic that she is using her chosen harassment posture to try and recover her negative reputation. "Grab your friends, wear your florals and go have fun at the movie" tone deaf much? I say this with love as a sister in Christ. I appreciate your boldness for Jesus. I'm so grateful you speak out against the lies of this world. I commend you for your steadfast faith. Stephanie is married to a partner at her talent agency and likely told him to subpeona them, so Blake could have them. Payback for Justin and Jennifer leaving her firm. I think the main reason Blake didn't originally sue until her reputation sinked to an all time low is because she doesn't want them to see her stuff. She hates people talking to her and probably hates the idea that people who annoy her will get to see her messages. I am here for it though. Can't wait to see her messages.

Then, she colluded with her husband to get them over to Blake's team under the guise that she wanted to help Blake. She couldn't care less about Blake and was prepared to take Blake down (I've seen her texts, too) until Justin left her. Stephanie is the biggest bad buy in this whole story, not Blake, Lesly, Jennifer, Melissa, or Justin. I wouldn't even be surprised if Stephanie edited the messages before she handed them over to Lesly because she was hellbent on destroying Jennifer and Justin by default. Would vindicate Blake and Lesly if they thought there was a smear campaign because they didn't see the messages saying there wasn't. If that is the case, I hope Blake comes out of this and the real villain falls, Stephanie.

She also originally filed a civil complaint, not a lawsuit. She received backlash and then went onto file a lawsuit. Baldoni’s lawyer said they have all the full text chains to back up that she isn’t being truthful and they will be released.

Justin has a really serious back problem which is called bulging discs which can ruin your life. It’s hard to judge unless you know, besides calling someone ‘weak’ for not being able to life someone. 36:07 justin has 2 dislocated discs (or dislodged, something like that) which is why he wanted to know her weight. He asked her trainer, not her. & his injury is bad enough that they had a stunt double that weighed less to stand in for that scene to ensure Justin wouldn’t be injured during it. Also Blake would refuse to let the producer and director review footage, so he didn’t get to see a lot of final footage until it was all done. Which is ridiculous. There are video clips of them filming It Ends with Us. There are no signs where she was uncomfortable with Justin. Some of them showed Blake manhandling Justin agressively pulling him towards her. She spent up to 10 weeks alone with Justin in the editing suite. Logic says if you are uncomfortable with someone, you want to stay far away from them as possible. It's just my observation.

Why are women so offended by the weight thing? I am a woman and if I needed to be picked up, I would share without offense. It would be rude if someone looked you over then asked in a snarky way, but she could simply say, "None of your business" or, "have the stunt actor do it if you can't handle it" and move on. When this all started, of course I had context on Blake...I had been a huge fan of Gossip Girl and watched every episode. I had seen the comments about her "B*&chiness" in interviews, but I thought maybe that was a part of the "planting" of stories by Justin's team. I had zero idea about Justin - I didn't really even know his history or who he was, so naturally, I sided with Blake. I thought her accusations made him seem like a Male Chauvinist and a sexual predator with creepy disrespectful behavior, but once I heard from his attorney, reviewed Justin's IG and his wife's IG and saw his family and their vibe and happiness, and heard all of the information that was left out of Blake's lawsuit and the NYT Article, I was shocked! Knowing this, I am #teamjustin all the way! Blake railroaded him and was unethical in the way she disclosed (or lack thereof) the information she shared, painting a story that was not 100% truthful. So sad!

I believe that Blake wanted the movie, but Justin bought the rights a few years back. She was friends with Colleen Hoover before all of this, and there will be a sequel. I think that this could have been strategic to push him out of any involvement in the sequel so it could be the Blake show. I think she is used to being able to get exactly what she wants.

I really dont understand her issues. Any actor would take precautions especially if they have injured their back. Imagine if as a result of picking her up he hurts his back further. Then the question would be why didnt you check the weight prior. You have caused filming to stop while you recover. If he is insured then that would be a standard question in a claimes investigation. Why did you not check. Just like anyone doing a stunt. You first assess the pros and cons then ultimately make a decision if the stunt can be done. @Cheryl-h2z slightly different situations and issues you bring up. I think if we base the situation on like for like. I would wonder why my trainer would be relaying this info to me. What motives could he have to stir the pot. Then I would go to the person in question and tell them my weight. Ask why he needed the info then when told its to assess the scene say ok then lets see if we can do training together for the lift. I would not say he fat shamed me. I weight 15 stones, Im 4 foot 9. Im extremely overweight. Im not bothered who knows it. I think losing it over something so tiny is definitely interesting. Also Im sure weight and appearances is focused on in this industry. If your offended by such a tiny thing then maybe your in the wrong job. FYI BL kept making fun of JB nose and telling him he needed a nose job. I personally believe BL was the problem in this entire drama. Sadly she is surrounded by yes people so as a result makes her way more difficult when told no.

First- to allege JB made inappropriate comments about the cast’s bodies loses its sting when BL is making comments about her co-star’s chest in the “little bump” interview. Second, asking about her weight, while incredibly rude, is not fat shaming and for RR to become involved “defending” his wife over this makes me wonder about her emotional well being. It would hurt my feelings for sure, however, she is beautiful and seemingly (until of late) loved by all, why would you care or give weight to someone you obviously don’t like or respect? The over reaction shows her lack of self control and confidence.

My initial take on this situation before watching this part 2: this whole situation seems just so messy and like there was a lot of miscommunication and assumptions with i think each party having their own separate agendas in creating this movie which were never discussed with the other. i think maybe no one is in the right and no one is in the wrong, given the information and contexts we’ve been given. i don’t think there’s ever supposed to be a “bad guy” and we look for it everywhere when we really shouldn’t.
