@@aaronho1914 Sure grinding with the F-4EJ is painful, but if you're getting a base and a kill or 2 per match, you're getting like 15k RP. It's painful but it's quick. I grinded straight to the F-16AJ, and then used the F-16AJ (and spaded it) to get the TT F-4EJ, and found that although that grind was a LOT more enjoyable, it was a LOT slower, with an average of 5-10k RP per match, even with high kill matches, mostly because I wasn't going after bases.

Research efficiency makes grinding a tree from start to end take ages. Talisman or not, you may get a game with13000 rp but your rank 2 biplane will get 200 research.

@@pieisawesome2204 Japan prop tiers are good as long as you avoid the Naval tree. Ki 43/44 are insane, J2M2 is still a beast even with the nerf and BR increase, J2M3 is very competitive, Ki 100 very fun (basically a Zero but actually has engine power appropriate for its BR lmao), and Ki 84 is one of the best props in the game sitting at 5.3 (5.7 one is good too, 6.0 is a bit too high but the 30's are fun if you can cope with facing jets and P-51H's every game). And ofc B7A2 which is one of the best meme planes. Zeroes are decent but all of them are way too overtiered because of American players thinking its a good idea to turn fight them (clipped wing Zero is the only half-decent one at its BR, and its still not going to be able to do much against competent players at its own BR, let alone an uptier), and there's no point flying the N1K's over any of the Ki 84's. Early jets aren't bad. Kikka is decent (though definitely an acquired taste, and atrocious stock grind) and the Ki 200 is pretty good if you're confident with your aim. The F-86F-40 is probably the best Sabre in the game right now and isn't too awful in an uptier (104's and Mig 19's are ofc still painful, but every subsonic jet has to deal with that BS). T-2 is still pretty competitive, and your best option for grinding out most of the jet tiers if you don't have the premium F-40, though the stock grind is one of the worst in the game (and you NEED to take at least 1 rocket pod to act as flares in an uptier). But then you have the F-1 which is just the T-2 at a much higher BR, then one of the worst 104's in the game, then THE worst Phantom in the game by a pretty wide margin. A fucking F-4E with no AE (easily the worst part, it would at least be usable if it had that) and, for whatever reason, gets the E-2's replaced with Aim 7D's lmfao.

I use the Python 3 missiles a lot on various aircraft. Here’s what you should note. They can on occasion ignore flares especially with a hot engine like the F14’s. I’d put their flare resistance either on par or slightly lower than aim 9L’s (from my experience)

@@norske_ow3440 the f16 is under the tier 6 mitsubishi, the 2 phantoms japan has are under the f104j and one of the phantoms is tier 7, since the only plane in tier 7 in the tree is the phantom and the f16 is not under it, you dont need it

I’m just gonna give in and buy it. I don’t have time to grind it the most efficient way. I mean, the F-5E FCU is literally 1/2 planes in the entire Japanese air tree with guided ordinance. That should make it worth it, even without all the other good stuff. (please give Japan more CAS options gaijin. F-1 with Type 91/GCS-1 JM117s when.)

Yes actually, the higher percent you go the more fuel you burn but the faster you go. It’s been in the game forever but just was invisible before. If your aircraft chugs fuel hit sucks without burner go to like 104%. You will be considerably faster than no burner but don’t burn nearly as much fuel as full burner

@@norske_ow3440 First of all in order to get Mach 2 plus you have to be at altitudes of over 15,000 feet. Otherwise you’ll be at Mach 1.03-1.18 depending on the airframe. The F-5E flies nearly at the same speeds on ground level. it’s the acceleration that falls behind. Besides, you’re not gonna be at Mach 2 under ANY circumstances whatsoever, even IRL most fighters never see Mach 2. Not only that but none of the planes have missiles or radars at 11.3 for adequate BVR except the Tornado F.3 with Skyflash SuperTEMP missiles and TWS/PD.
