Seether isn't a band I listen to very often but I must admit, they (and Shaun by himself) have done some of the best covers I've ever heard. (Im a 90s music kid) And you can always feel all the emotion he puts into his music. Love it.

Likewise my friend, though I am lucky in the sensed that heroin was one of the very few drugs I never actually touched(and there aren't many that I have delved in). I struggled with addiction for nearly 20 years, only really decided to sort my act out and clean myself up when Layne sadly passed. Took me a year to get my act together, clean 14 years now. Stay strong man.

@@superjoint57 you need the 1st part of the poem also, here let me help. Your pain is the breaking of the shell that encloses your understanding. Even as the stone of the fruit must break, that its heart may stand in the sun, so must you know pain. And could you keep your heart in wonder at the daily miracles of your life your pain would not seem less wondrous than your joy; And you would accept the seasons of your heart, even as you have always accepted the seasons that pass over your fields. And you would watch with serenity through the winters of your grief.

Addiction is a choice I've been taking pain meds for years I chose to rake them. It doesn't start out as addiction it stems from not hurting to getting used to it by choice then once its been taken for so long its hard to stop because u don't want to get sick and then the cycle repeats. I take them by Dr prescription and opiates are opiates u take them you will get addicted and drs know this. He didn't do it thinking I'm gonna get addicted he did it thinking just one time for fun then kept doing it and became addicted its not a disease
