Oh god that's literally 💯 true why Indian men don't go for self defence why girls went to self defence, as u said is a valid point and in my knowledge, that should be teach in schools and government should allot school and Child psychologist , school counselor and school social worker in public and private schools so that they can diagnose psychological issues faced by students , during their academic year as well as they should work with rest of staff member like : teacher, and parents to diagnose what kind of problems they face too while providing education and moral skills to children.... Is this applicable only to sexual abuse? If we can "teach" men to not commit sexual crimes, can we teach all men and women not to commit any crime at all? This sounds idealistic, but realistically its not so simple. Human mind is far too complex to successfully apply this idealogy.

Stealing is a choice so is sexual abuse. Also draw comparison between things that can be differentiated, these two are not even complementary.
