Join Sara from The Mindful Movement for this gentle, healing yoga practice for beginners or anyone looking for a gentle routine to connect with your own innate ability to heal. Get moving, wake up your body, connect with your breath and your cells to get the healing process going.
In just over 40 minutes, you can communicate with your body and mind and start feeling great. All you need is a mat and your willingness to make the time for your practice. Let us know how your practice goes.
Be sure to listen to your body and move in a way that feels good and does not cause pain. Please remember to make any modifications for your body to be safe and feel good. Leave a comment if you have any questions.

I just started this today as I have been having quite a number of episodes where I have been having abdominal pain due to endometriosis. I am going to have an MRI scan next week to see what's going on. This exercise really helped with stretching out a lot of tension in my mid area. Thank you! :)

This is one of my favorite practices. My regular 3x/week yoga classes were hard to come by after the pandemic hit. Then we went weekly, to Zoom, then outdoors until it got cold, back to Zoom, then outdoors again, and then my teacher moved overseas! I had tried this practice a few times before, but lately it is really helping me to change up my personal routine--I enjoy the experience of instruction and guidance at times. Thanks for this great video! :)

I love this , I am 58 never done yoga in my life. I was surprised how flexible I am lol . I'm feeling really good , I have some postmenopausal issues and I'm having another scan in December, but I started this yoga and also the healing affirmations , they are working . Thank you so much Sara . I'm a huge fan from jolly ole England x

Been doing yoga for awhile mainly focusing on strengthening my back but hurt it somehow so have been resting for 6 weeks now while my back heals, guess at my age I was doing it wrong, loved this practice, made me feel so good and my back feels great, thanks for taking your time with the movements, I appreciate you.

I was sat doing nothing and I had this urge to do this yoga healing video , I love it , the stretching of my lower stomach feels so good and i feel it is healing my uterus and ovary . I listen to my body I listen to that inner voice now . Thank you again for this :)

I really enjoy your guided meditations and I tried some gentle yoga on my bed. I’m wondering if you could gear some practices towards us older folks. I’m in chronic pain with a bad back and my legs are pretty much non functional. I mean I can do some poses but nothing standing. I suffer and you have given me so much relief. I am forever grateful.

I benefit from some of your meditations, but some time ago I responded negatively to one of the meditations due to references to self healing that upset, and almost offended me, as someone with MS. I have recently started yoga and missing this weeks session thought I’d try this practice. In this context Sarah your focus on self healing feels totally appropriate, as did the emphasis on doing what’s right for your own body, to listen to it etc. I believe this practice is everything you intend it to be - gentle, nurturing and enabling of the body and mind being the best it can be within its own limitations. An unexpected gift: I am currently enjoying a feeling of quiet euphoria and I can’t thank you enough for this! With heartfelt appreciation, Fi x

Feels great and relaxing, i would like if u would make a practice on how to take deep breathing from the stomach ,i only breathe from my chest finding it difficult to do it through the belly

Absolutely wonderful practise Sarah! Thank you so much. I want to share my experience with using EFT as an additional healing tool. I use it a lot at the moment to recover from long term stress / Burnout and emotional trauma. I can really recommend it - especially the work of Brad Yates here on KZbin. Best from Germany. :-)

I find that when I combine the gentle beginner yoga followed by this set it allows me to come b I ack from a very scattered and fragile morning state into a p!ace where I can move in to my day comfortable and at pea ce.
