Love this dad and the relationship he has with his son. The dad is speaking because he has more experience and this court case is a learning experience for the son. Dad is showing his son how to proceed in court (good dad) and if or when the son has to go back to court, he will then be able to represent himself with confidence.

21--why is Daddy doing all the talking? I'm absolutely serious. The son doesn't seem as if he needs assistance mentally or socially. And if he did, wouldn't the judge need to ask if the father has permission to "speak for him"? The father's testimony was full of hearsay. "He called, he was told, he did", "the Defendant said to him"... I saw an episode where the Plaintiff was slightly autistic and had her mother speaking(mostly), on her behalf. Originally they were exactly the same and evolved from the same german word but in 2 different countries, one dropping the g at the beginning of the word, and the other dropping the w as the second letter. But warranty has evolved to mean specifics such as warranteeing specific parts, but guarantee is more general.

Motorcycles are quite different from cars. When purchasing a used motorcycle, it’s common for the seller to be reluctant to let anyone test ride it. This is because if the bike gets dropped or damaged, the owner bears the cost. Additionally, the owner can’t be sure of the potential buyer’s riding skill level. Personally, if I were selling a motorcycle and a buyer wanted to test ride it (btw you ride a motorcycle, not drive it), I’d ask for the full payment upfront. If they return the motorcycle without any issues, I’d refund the amount. I am surprised how people that have no idea about motorcycles are swearing they wouldn’t buy one without test riding lol.
