Keep in mind sugar and caffeine can deplete your vitamin B12 and other vitamins. Also Google Nutritional yeast source of B12 vitamins that's essential for energy

I take omeprazole everyday since starting semiglutide and have had none of the side effects - nausea, constipaton, dirrhea, or any other common side effects.

The hair loss as a side effect should be talked about. I lost a lot of hair

That happens to everyone who loses a lot of weight, luckily it should grow back once your body stops freaking out about the weight loss.

It's been 18 months. I only lost 20 lbs on this, but my dr kept me on a very low dose because of insulin resistance and predoabetes. @Greenlleaff

@@jadepixie2719 usually happens with fast weight loss. Doesn’t happen to everyone obviously, depends on the person.

Hello love! I'm still watching the video and before you said what the sleep aid was, I KNEW what it was gonna be lol. I have a terrible time sleeping and since I've started taking them, I get sound sleep and feel quite rested once I wake up. I'm about to be finished with my first bottle and need to order more ASAP.

I have been on these meds for a little over 2 years and even before the meds, I have used papaya enzymes for upset stomach and any nauseous feeling. It works wonders and is very easy to take. It is a chewable that can be purchased at Walmart, GNC or Vitamin Shoppe. I believe it is also available on Amazon. They are easy to take on the go and you can chew what you need. They work really good.

Of course injectable B12 and sublingual or oral are different, but I was doing injections once a week. My B12 went sky high, off the charts, over 2000… It wouldn’t even read it. I suggest to anyone taking B12 daily to check their B12 levels even if it’s once a year. Now it’s finally in the normal range after a whole year … the B12 injections were great for energy, but yeah wont be doing that again.
@ouchcervixcouch2 ай бұрын
Did you experience side effects from that high level? I switched from an injection to a daily pill a couple months ago!

I was taking a B12 supplement and when my doctor did blood work she told me to take it every day bc my B12 levels were too high🤷🏻♀️
@shewygirl2 ай бұрын
Yes! B12 levels can definitely sky rocket and not just get excreted out. I was doing injections once a week for energy and when I tested my levels it was off the charts. Took a year and now back to normal. I dont take a B12 alone anymore just whatever amount is in my multivitamin and electrolyte drinks. I know injections are more potent but I have heard of levels going high with orals too.

I started taking Ozempic to help my diabetes and I luckily caught you way back when as you were starting Wegovy. You were then and now an inspiration to my journey and I watched you faithfully!!! Congrats on your marriage, daughter and seeing you again taking control of your life! I’ve continued my journey and slowly but surely I’m gaining speed on my weight loss as I was plateaued for quite a while. The great thing of how you’re doing it is your dr. is regulating your dosing!!! Mine sometimes isn’t enough but I’ve been patient and in the past two weeks I feel back on track!!! Good luck on your journey!!! I wish you nothing but the best!!! Hopefully I’ll be lucky enough to catch you on your posts!!!❤❤❤🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼😇😇😇

Thank you for your informal content! I am currently on Trulicity and I must say in the beginning I felt more of the nausea . It has since gotten better. Still figuring out myself how effective it is. I definitely feel it curbs my appetite and I am eating smaller portions and it’s making me a lot more mindful of what I am consuming! Keep us posted!!🫶🏽🤍

Thank you for your videos. I really want to make videos too. As I said I started Wegovy one month after you and I really used your testimonies as a guide for my journey. I didn’t have any side effects but my insurance stopped paying for the prescription. Now I’m trying a 3rd party online pharmacy called Emerge I haven’t received my package yet so fingers cross that I get what I paid for and nothing happens to me. I feel like a junkie for this stuff 😢

What are the avg cost for these medi spas for the semaglutides? My insurance FedBcBs is going up from $60 to $700 for Wegovy!!! It’s going from a tier 2 to a tier 3 drug. I can’t afford it after Jan 1st.

Is medicaid accepted as an insurance for semaglutide or tirzepatide?
@amandacurry8781Ай бұрын
Yes in Illinois I am a type 2 diabetic that Medicaid paid for Trulicity for over a year and they decided they didn’t want to anymore and started me on ozempic. But I am a type 2 diabetic so I’m not using these meds for weight loss.
