Senior Dance Fitness Oldies is a low impact dance aerobics done to instrumental oldies. You will do fun dance moves such as grapevine, step touches, mambo, kick ball change and more. You will have so much fun that you will forget that you are exercising. This is great for baby boomers, seniors and anyone else. The workout is 44 minutes long. This is continuation of the Senior Gold Fitness for baby boomers and seniors created by fitness instructor Paul Eugene.
