I cannot believe how good this workout made me feel. Next month I'll be 79 & want to be as limber & as strong as possible. Thank you so much for this workout. I think it's perfect in that you guide us beautifully from one portion to the next. Some instructors talk too quickly and don't allow time between sets, and others take too much time.

I am glad you were able to get loop bands, hopefully you can get the long bands. Hi Mariana! Yes, holding the arm out after “drawing the sword”, bending at the elbow…that works the triceps great. As well as kickbacks. I hope you enjoy!!

I loved this. I am just starting up exercising again and I want to order various accessories to use to do them. I had some Therabands that I bought a few years ago, and when I went to use them I found that they have started to disintegrate and are unusable. What do you think of the fabric resistance bands that they have out now to use instead. Also, for exercises to start with if you haven’t exercised in a long time, what is better the exercises using resistance bands or the ones using dumbbells. Thanks for all that you do.🥰

I have never used the fabric bands, so I’m not sure what to say about them. They do disintegrate after some time, especially if in heat or sun. Now, either bands or dumbbells are okay to start with, just go slow and be mindful of your form. Do a few repetitions until you feel good. Thank you for the support Diane! Take care, Meredith

Update.😊 I ended up buying some Arena Strength brand fabric full body resistance bands, they are one big loop. I ordered them Saturday from their website and they were delivered today. I am beyond happy with them. They are fairly expensive, but are very high quality. I just finished doing this workout with them. They worked out great and with your instructions I got an excellent workout.

Hi Charlene! Every other day is best when doing strength training workouts, weights or bands. Then cardio can be done on the off days in between:) Thank you for the support!

Oh, Meredith…one of your very “sneakiest” ones. Felt so easy I tied three knots in my toughest band and worked between the knots. 10 min after and I am already feeling it. My little group is used to much tougher workouts, but we all feel it. Nice to know these exercises will be available right up to the moment I can’t do anything anymore. 😜
