Thank you so much for your videos. I am 80 years old and have had minor balance issues for some time. Recently, the balance issue has increased and become more problematic. I truly feel that if I can work with your 30 minute program every day, the issue I now have with balance will begin to minimize. Thank you again, I really appreciate your videos.

Very good Balance class I have been using a walker only since one year after my trainer sudden death . Since i have needed a walker now i have very poor balance . thank you for your guidance as this class is so very helpful since I am fearful of falling down . Thank you, Maria😊

Dough because my panic to fall, my posture is terrible, I am walking bending my head down, I use my cane but I feel insecure, I am 73 but my sister said my figure looks like one lady on her nineteen, please tell me if I can fix my walking. Thanks God bless.

I, too, like your 30 minute videos. I’m working on balance and strength and being able to go up and down stairs without holding on and without a phobia of falling. I enjoy how you converse through the program. I have a question about the tandem stand: is our weight supposed to be primarily on the back foot, or balanced evenly between the front and back feet? Thanks for your advice.
