Boy did I need that❣️ it’s the first day I could bring myself to do something. Evacuated Asheville late Tuesday night down in Atlanta while my husband works, family followed grateful for electricity and water! Prayers to the communities of Western North Carolina Mountains, Florida, Tennessee just all that was affected 🙏💕

know what you're going through. i'm on the central west coast of florida. so much flooding; we were trapped in our house 4 days with no electricity. we still have trees down.

I love the variety of movements. The 20 on and 10 off formula works great. During the 10 rest time I could see what was going to be next.

I just recently got back into working out and I'm thrilled I found your channel. Lauren, you never dissappoint! This workout was both fun and challenging. Really like this format if you can consider providing more of them. At the end of the video, you asked us for recommendations, but one of the things I love about you is the variety of workouts you bring to your community. Love this workout which really gets heart rate up and good for osteoporosis. Would love the same and longer so total closer to 50-60 minutes (activity with warmup and cooldown). Thank you for all of them and variety to include bone strengthening with cardio.

You were right, this was a tough one, I need a shower! almost 20 years ago i had a stroke and now my coordination and strength on my left side is a little off and so makes some moves more challenging. Thanks for a sweat-worthy workout!

I really enjoy 20 seconds, it's enough to feel your working out and also better on joints. I constantly have ligament injury from over-working (being 50+) and this was gentle for my menopausal joints 😅

I really like this class. This set of movements fits me perfectly- just enough of each movement so I can feel my muscles working and easily adjust to accommodate a cranky shoulder- many thanks for your dedication and commitment to helping us be strong and age well!

Great workout. It was quite the calorie burner for 30 minutes. I liked the way it’s designed with blocks targeting specific muscle groups.
