Just two points I think you overlooked, and which could have factored into the sentences given. #1: It is possible to give someone in Hell the death sentence via angelic steel. Given the limited number of such steel available, executions would have to be carried out by something reusable like an angelic steel guillotine. #2: If you are unwilling to get angelic steel involved, consider that, since they are immortal, a life sentence could be considered even worse than a death sentence given that it would effectively amount to imprisonment for eternity. I personally am NOT a fan of the death penalty, but I also think prioritizing one's moral code over the safety of others is a sinful act of pride -- that the righteous thing isn't always the right thing. So for the three deserving of the worst, I would give the following: Lute: Life sentence to be served in Hell. Valentino: Life sentence in solitary confinement in Hell. Adam: Death by angelic guillotine.

I keep hearing about how people are expecting Adam to be reincarnated the very next season, and checking in to the Hasbin Hotel. Personally, that sounds more like a season 3 plot line. Let him stew in hell for a season, while Charlie deals with the Vs trying to reassert control and their idea of order in the aftermath of the extermination. Then let Adam come in and put Charlie's ideals to the test, likely at the same time as Roo is making her move.
