Seolleongtang or ox bone soup is made from bone marrows, bone shank or beef brisket, slow simmered for several hours. This milky, smooth rich soup is packed with deep rich flavors. Finish off with noodles, slices of beef, scallions and salt and pepper to taste.
INGREDIENTS
4 Ibs Beef bone marrow
2 Ibs Beef shank or Brisket
3 cloves Garlic
3 scallions diced
Salt and pepper to taste
Water
TIPS
Feel free to freeze bone broth for later use. You potentially use the broth as a base in other types of soups/ramens etc.
