guys at 22:57 jinx declared a charge at the saurus warriors, the core rules say "You do not have to pick a target for a charge attempt before making the charge roll". not a mistake on the rules but when you charge, you can pick who you engage in combat after the roll, this bring a great layer of tactical flexibility onto AoS charges and combat.

Also, she spends a command point to reroll the charge, when the Banner bearer already provides it for free.

It was actually not the carnasour that chased the dragons out of lustria it was the dread sarian. Whitch is bigger kinda like a massive crocodile. I'm pretty sure it hunted dragons because of all the forest made it so the dragon's wings didn't help it alot, can't fly if your in dense forest and if you want food you have to land in the forest somewhere

Have you considered doing a brief lore overview on the armies before each battle when its the first time you use them? Or maybe a separate video? I know nothing about age of sigmar lore so perhaps it's just me, but I always enjoy battles more when I know who the armies are and what they stand for, then I know who I want to win

@@fletcherbamford-doe6578 I know there will be lots of good lore channels out there, but it would be nice not to have to break away from this video, to hop to another chanel and then come back. Also, if they incorporated in to the battle report when they do the army lists , I'm only thinking a really brief 1 minute or less overview, the real basics. They could then perhaps include a link in the description to a more detailed lore video for anyone wanting to learn more that they made themselves or partnered with another existing yt channel to promote them

Slaneesh is ordering a cheese pizza with extra cheese and Seraphon are space lizards whose magic atleast previously is/was based on math.
@Qshafe2 жыл бұрын
Seraphon: Seraphon are the actual lizardmen from Old World (kind of). The Slann hopped into Aztec style spaceships before the Old World was destroyed and rode out its destruction as well as the creation of the Mortal Realms. During that time, almost all Seraphon aside from the Slann died, but the Slann are able to remember their warriors so hard they pop them back into existence (technically making the daemons). The Seraphon follow the Great Plan which gives them foresight into the future which they use to then try and manipulate events in order to stop Chaos. This means that while what they do might seem random, they're attempting to manipulate future events. They also believe in the phrase "by any means necessary". They can and will slaughter an entire town or city if it leads to future advantages against Chaos. This often leads to them being seen as very aloof and distant as they don't care how other races precieve them nor do they care to let other races know what they do. Finally, Chef's army is a coalesced army which means that the Slann has been remembering them for so long and so hard, that they're starting to physically exist in the Mortal Realms. This is significant because generally as soon as the Slann stops remembering, the Seraphon are supposed to disappear, but these guys aren't/are more resistant to that.
@Qshafe2 жыл бұрын
Slaanesh: At the End Times event in the Old World, Slaanesh ate almost all aelves in existence. The 4 arguably most powerful survived the Old World's destruction becoming gods in the Mortal Realms that Sigmar recruited. Not long (on a cosmic scale at least) after that, Morathi whom Slaanesh ate escaped his gullet, and told the alevin gods about Slaanesh. They got together and imprisoned Slaanesh (with a bit of help from Tzeentch). Then started pulling aelvin souls from Slaanesh's stomach (this means every aelvin faction in the game was at one point pulled from Slaanesh's digestive system). The prison is supposed to by inescapable, but Slaanesh has been slowly working his way free and becoming stronger in the process. Most recently, Morathi ripped a bunch of souls from Slaanesh which turned her into a god, broke some of the chains binding Slaanesh, and allowed Slaanesh to basically have "kids". He split apart of itself off, which created two aspects of Slaanesh. All daemons are aspects of their Chaos god, but these two are the physical embodiments of Slaanesh and worshiped by a lot of Slaaneshi followers and daemons. Anyways, Slaaneshi forces fall into 3 types: pretenders, invaders, and seekers. Pretenders are lead by daemons or mortals who think they are Slaanesh reborn. Invaders (the one played here) just like to sack, pillage, and kill. Seekers are looking for their god.

Super fun batrep to watch and beautiful armies! I couldn't tell if you folks played it correctly but do remember that Hedonites of Slaanesh also gains static buffs to the entire army now when you have unspent depravity points left.
