Surely not Men’s Physique, but clearly one of the most classic and classy physiques reborn. Including forearms, calves and overall proportions. Going to be a lights out moment when young Sergio hits the victory and crucifix on stage.

you need more biceps mass and peak bro.. your huge shoulders are killing em biceps.. huge biceps is the No 1 in bodybuilding part (Arnold) followed by pecs, traps, lats, calves, biceps femoris and quads.. so huge muscular biceps it is.. Sergio Sr had it.. hope you develop on the way..

Bodybuilding needs more personalities imo. Sergio gets this aspect of the game. If you just let your physique only do the talking you're missing out on engaging the fan base and drumming up exposure for yourself. I think Heath has made this mistake. The whole Dorian go into hiding etc is out dated with the social media platform in place. If I was an up and comer right now I'd be putting my personality out there to gain attention etc. Otherwise nobody will know who you are until you win major events and which point you could already have made a splash and marketed yourself well.
@TheStallionforce6 жыл бұрын
I would disagree. Heath runs his mouth plenty. He's just a vacuous, superficial twat with no charisma. Oh, and hugely insecure.

@lhaneyleofa45586 жыл бұрын
why are you screaming so loud in a busy open gym?
@ClickClack_Bam6 жыл бұрын
BeastModeFitness11 ,- True but I bench 360 for 3 sets of 8 and you wouldn't even know I'm doing it. The yelling is for show and it's fake af. There's never been a UFC fighter that slammed someone as hard as they can and yelled like that lifting them up. There's never been a mma striker that yelled like that throwing the hardest kick or punch. You may make faces but yelling is on purpose and I can't stand when people do it.
@lhaneyleofa45586 жыл бұрын
ok so the act of screaming isnt being a pussy? lol sounds like hes having a baby
@unknowndriver66526 жыл бұрын

@rondog81926 жыл бұрын
he has earpieces in with music when he made a little noise on that last set of heavy inclines. When you are listening to music that way you dont realize how loud you are. And So WHAT! It's a GYM. You get that in there sometimes. Go to planet fitness and for sure dont watch real men lift weights. THAT would make you uncomfortable
@camrontrovillion98786 жыл бұрын
Hard work schmard work...take his drugs away for 3 weeks and 315 for 1 rep would be a serious challenge
@ClickClack_Bam6 жыл бұрын
Yea true but who cares? His opponents are using gear too. Bodybuilders don't care about what not using drugs will cause to happen. On top of that all major sports are saturated with gear. Athletes want to use them for performance and the fans want to see larger than life athletes doing larger than life things in their sport. So your statement is true but why care about that?

@shaanshaan40246 жыл бұрын
Camron Trovillion When you come off juice you can still train hard and keep the size as long as you are eating sufficient amount of calories. These pro's keep their size all year long obviously not on juice for a whole 12 months.

I dont really get it, why is he doing 3 inclines pushes in one workout? barbell/machine/dumbell,, isnt it hitting the pec from the same angle?
@smokesman18926 жыл бұрын
garco18 it works on upper chest incline it's harder to get the upper chest so you do many exercises for upper chest incline is the best start with that not flat that works on lower chest upper chest is the hardest to get
@smokesman18926 жыл бұрын
Michael Graffeo that's to much no one does 15 sets I think you metal you don't go gym your not hard gymrat you don't understand I do what he does about 5 6 sets on incline or more got to do more then 2 incline exercises it's harder to build upper chest
@smokesman18926 жыл бұрын
Michael Graffeo did you count 15 sets lol
@gman24196 жыл бұрын
garco18 yes,yes it is. Thats the whole point of the training session is to bring up his weak spot.

went to the same profession as his father, now he will be always compared to the Myth, someone he has very little chance of surpassing....
@Jonathande_6 жыл бұрын
Debajyoti Nath He has already surpassed him. From a judging standpoint, he would beat his father on every pose. He’s bigger, leaner, denser, rounder. We tend to glorify the golden era athletes and put them on an unparalleled level...not the case.
@debajyotinath50216 жыл бұрын
Jonathan Hex no he has not, yet. Beating his father's pose, and size, and conditioning, is not surpassing. Beating his father's achievements is called surpassing. They belong to two different era, and cannot be judged by the same parameters of bodybuilding. They will only be judged by what they have achieved in their bodybuilding life. Hopefully, he is young and has time on his side.

This was depression at its best. You kno how you no you do chest wrong! U never touch your chest with a weak ads grip. Go wider get the full struch,if u can't go down all the way the start down & come up half--way but touch the chest on incline bench don't grip the bar so tight. Rest it on yout pulms...then u don't roll your shoulders back.
