@@j.r00n14 Well if what you say is true then I'd be screwed! I couldn't live without my football (soccer). Aston Villa is like a religion to Birmingham football fans. In Birmingham Grealish is literally like a god and is an Aston Villa Legend but we have some really good players coming through. I do keep up with the MLS to be fair. It's growing! I don't know tho i would still love to live in NYC. Probably just a pipe dream!!

I had to leave another comment what I admire about this house is it looks really narrow from the outside because it's only two sets of windows when some of them Brownstones & townhouses have three but once Ryan took us inside you realize that house is really wide in look like a 25 ft wide townhome this house is beautiful and Ryan when you stepped out there on that balcony 👅 that was a Kodak moment someone should have took a selfie of you with your tall sexy beautiful self 😍👍🏿💋 on that balcony off of the living room one more thing I lost count of the fireplaces 😳 but to me the fireplace that sealed it was the one in the dining room did you see that mirror over the fireplace 👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿 that's living New York City lifestyle at its best as always no disrespect intended New York City USA 🤍💚🤎❤️💜💙🖤🧡💛

Great location but I wouldn’t pay $28m but I guess that’s the price you pay living next to movie stars. The layout at ground floor is disappointing starting with kitchen as you walk in is a non starter. The house got nicer as you went through the floors but that ground floor needs renovating and swapping the kitchen and dining room around.

I know it's the nature of the beast, but the interior rooms, like the kitchen are too dark. And I really don't like so many chandeliers (and wall sconces) with naked light bulbs: too much glare. Subdued, diffuse light is better! That's a current decorating trend? Hanging chandeliers in every room? Dumb!

It's not for me. Way too many stairs/levels, and that claustrophobic galley kitchen is absurd at this price point. $28M buys you a true oceanfront acreage estate in Hawaii. I wouldn't even consider this at half the price.
