What we're seeing here ladies and gentlemen is a true professional. Even at a facility where they listen to cats being murdered as music, this man is able to conduct himself exquisitely and train his clients while teaching a growing KZbin audience! Truly amazing!

Thor Odinson the pump has everything to do with it lolwat
@DELTA9XTC5 жыл бұрын
@Thor Odinson if you dont ever feel a pump in the targeted muscle, you obviously dont get the wanted one/ones! pump is a perfect indicator wheter you train the right muscle or not, thats a fact! ofc you dont have to have to weirdest leg pump after squats - but thats a compound movement. with pretty much isolated movements, there should definitely be a pump after a high rep set. i get a pump in my delts after literally the first 5 reps, if im catching them perfectly
