The Roland MX-1 is a quirky mixer with a number of configurations depending on how you think you will work with this tool.
It is billed as an 18 channel mixer, but not a classic 18 channels but a mixture of multi-format inputs that add up to 18 channels, many of which are stereo, which reduced the inputs available down to 11 sources.
I have tried the Roland MX-1 with a number of settings and this video goes through a number of the settings I have changed on my Roland MX-1 to install it into my studio.
I do not use this mixer in its surface configuration as frankly I couldn't get on with it!
