Love your programs Chloe, I did the 75 hard challenge with your programs. I’m currently on day 63 and this exercise program is going to get me to the finish line! Started at 203 and now I’m down to 188! 😭😭 Consistency is key!!!

@@Dee_pika-Dhi 👋🏾 I completed the hourglass a while ago .I lost fat in my thighs,arms and back .Now I'm doing the Shred &Tone challenge I haven't noticed any changes for now but let's see .I do feel stronger than before and I'm also able to do all of the exercises now .💪🏾😁

if Chloe says download my app, i will download in an instant! You guys, Chloe helped me with my shred challenge 2 years ago and it was effective! Her 15mins workout took me an hour though but the important was I saw the effect still!

I'm sweating so bad 😂 but I love it, I start with 0.5kg. The next time I'll be doing it with more weight, it wasn't that challenging this time .. I love it so much thank you for your efforts, love you so much chloe ❤❤

i went from 67kg to 58kg in 3 months, ate anything i wanted, drank lots of water and kept my calorie count low

@ i avoided carbs mostly and if i felt like eating it, i’ll just eat a small amount of carbs, other than that i eat lots of protein, fruits, avoiding processed/fried foods and didnt eat or drink any sugary stuff. I also didn’t skip breakfast and if i felt like snacking, i’ll take some oat biscuits + green tea

for those like myself who struggle with lateral raises: do it one arm at a time alternating! it gives you a little bit more time to recover before starting again 😁
