@@Dee_pika-Dhi 👋🏾 I completed the hourglass a while ago .I lost fat in my thighs,arms and back .Now I'm doing the Shred &Tone challenge I haven't noticed any changes for now but let's see .I do feel stronger than before and I'm also able to do all of the exercises now .💪🏾😁

@ i avoided carbs mostly and if i felt like eating it, i’ll just eat a small amount of carbs, other than that i eat lots of protein, fruits, avoiding processed/fried foods and didnt eat or drink any sugary stuff. I also didn’t skip breakfast and if i felt like snacking, i’ll take some oat biscuits + green tea
