First, why are you pretending to be someone you are not? Ending sentences with the word “yo?” Who does that in writing?! No one except a poser! Secondly, Marcellus is dead wrong. He clearly doesn’t understand the legal angle. If they don’t give Kaepernick a legitimate good-faith opportunity to show what he can do, the NFL is going to be in serious trouble in about a decade. Whether or not Kaepernick really wants to play is irrelevant now, and I’ll tell you why: this is about preserving his future legal claims. The workout the NFL offered was a sham designed to coax Kaepernick into waiving his legal claims against the NFL, claims that are still alive, btw. Kaepernick hasn’t sued the league yet; he arbitrated for back pay. Most people are unaware that Kaepernick still has grounds to sue the league under continuing violations doctrine. The league knows this and tried to eliminate that threat. The lawsuit won’t happen until about 2032. He moved the workout because the NFL wanted him to sign a waiver just to do the workout, and his lawyers would have committed malpractice if they had allowed him to sign the waiver. KAEPERNICK’S lawyer told him not to sign that waiver. The second reason he didn’t do the workout: no decision-makers were slated to be present. Teams sent low-level scouts to Atlanta. He held a separate workout to let the league (AND THE COURTS) know that he was making a good-faith effort to get signed. He couldn’t do the NFL’s workout under the conditions the league had outlined. Yet, if he hadn’t shown up in Atlanta at all, it would face hurt his future claims. This was a poker move by both sides, and Kaepernick’s lawyers outsmarted the NFL lawyers. Wiley is too dumb to understand all of this. It has nothing to do with Kaepernick’s desire to play. Marcellus is now in Stephen-A territory! I’m shocked that, after Stephen-A got skewered for missing the legal issue that Marcellus is also missing. The people who claim they won’t watch the NFL are liars. They are addicted to the game. The “fans” who said they wouldn’t wear Nike after they found out about his $100M contract have Nike sneakers on their feet right now!

Marcellus is a talking pundit...anyone can manipulate stats to show their argument. I am a huge Cam fan but listen to the stats Marcellus uses to prove Cam is still a starter. Same could be said and found on Kap stats. However, his narrative starts off false as 'Marcellus claims' Kap moved his tryout at the last minute when the NFL had setup their 'bogus' tryout. Why don't Marcellus tell the actual truth in that the ONLY way they would allowed him to touch the field and audition was signing the bogus waiver that NO ONE in the history of the NFL has signed. More importantly, Kap's team acquired a waiver from GaTech that mirrors combine tryouts and the NFL still denied it. Mike Florio spoke on this on ProFootball Talk and as an actual LAWYER - Mike stated as an attorney it would have been malpractice for him to have his client sign that waiver. Therefore, Kap new the media and NFL would spin the story, he moved the tryout to a different location to at least show case his skills. People should stop being followers and do their own homework on subjects..the media will have you ignorant to the 'true facts' people...
