I have to agree Johnny is relaxing. I think the reason why is because he is down to earth. Many youtubers are loud, shout all the time, and are just bouncing off the walls. Johnny just talks though. He sits with his Coffee and talks, not raising his voice unless a game gives him reason to. It's quality entertainment. Shouting and that bonkers stuff can be entertaining, but it wears thin quickly. This channel is the only one that I think I have watched all the videos for because I never get burned out watching them. Even though the old ones are cringy, it still shows what future videos would prosper with. Here is to the first 10 years, and all the years to come. I have been a subscriber for years, and as long as there are quality videos, I will be watching Johnny for years more. Congrats on 10 years Johnny... Elliot too.

I wanted Johnny to mention that one time a kid called him on his phone in 2011, via the phone number he posted on his old website. When that kid called him on that day, he instant fangirled into a squee and proceeded to say that he loved all his videos n that he watches all of them all the time. His first review that he ever watched was his old Sonic 06 review years ago. After a guy somepeoplecalledjohnny said thank you and hung up, Johnny proceeded to delete his phone number off of his page and listed to email him in order to get into contact with him in order to reach him. Back to the kid tho, he saved Johnny into his house phone and didn't call it for months, maybe even a year. He then called him again on the exact day that Johnny Reviewed the original Super Mario Bros. Johnny said hello but that kid had gotten nervous and said nothing except, "HEY JOHNNY ITS BEEN AWHILE K THX BAI!" Kid hung up the phone and hasn't called him since he forgot his number years ago but decided not to be to impulsive on getting it because it was theguythatpeoplecalledjohns privacy and he didn't want him to hate said kid. The kid was 11 when he first called him, now he's 17 Damn it In case u didn't notice that kid was me. Happy 10th anniversary buddy!

I always think of the Splatoon video as the video where you properly found your online personality. I'm only halfway listening to this as I'm working on my comic and I'm really enjoying the brotherly banter between the two of you - reminiscing the history of this channel of yours and the creativity that went to it. To this day I still watch that "21 Years and Counting - A Sonic the Hedgehog Q&A" video you've made back in the hayday Johnny, to me it is still a masterpiece and it's about to reach 8 million views! Keep up the awesome and honest work, the content feels genuine and it's pretty damn neat to see you and Elliot reaching a remarkable milestone. I just started watching SGB recently. I have to say that you can see a huge improvement just over the past few years going from Elliot's DarkSydePhil level reaction times in Arkham City to now.

Not sure how I missed this one. I've been with this channel for at least 7 years, and the video that brought me to it was the Batman Arkham city review. I really appreciate John's laid back style, but also, dude you are legit funny. Your humor is always with these incredible quick dead pan lines that always make me laugh. Every now and then you throw a more heated or energetic zinger that is good change of pace too. This made me respect John more, very humble beginnings, very down to earth style.

Well Johnny... I have just watched you for a Little bit more than a year and have fell in love with this channel. The passion for video games in general really shows and Im looking forward to what more you are gonna offer in the future! You are a huge insparation for me when it comes to the Reviews and you are pretty much one of the reason why I started with them and getting more intressted in games overall. @11:13 - An underrated detail about this animation is when the boss does the double attack on Elliot -> Johnny, he even leaves the slight delay between hits that also occurs in FF4 (but notably not the remakes). That was a great attention to detail on Johnny's part.
