グルテンをしっかり作ってふわふわ、もちもちのパンにしたい場合はバターは後入れにしますが、クロワッサンやデニッシュ系はそこまでグルテンは作らなくていいので最初に入れちゃいます。 粉はリスドォルを200gでも大丈夫です。

5時間くらいは掛かってしまいますね😭 ベンチタイムは1時間以上とっても大丈夫ですので、お急ぎでなければ2日間に別けてやったり、隙間時間に少しずつ作業を進めるのがオススメです!
