My relatives in HK who were born in the 1900s used 白油 to mean 生抽. Perhaps it is out of fashion in HK but still current in Malaysia.

Hi! I came across this video while trying to learn more Hong Kong slang. I hear HK people use 貼地 very often. Can you please explain what it means? Thanks in advance!

貼地can be extended to 貼近地道, which means "close to local". For example, we can use 貼地 to describe government executing meaningful and valuable policy for what local residents really need.
